Don't what u bears think? But said from day 1 regarding the managerial situation - murty should be given till the end of season - seems to know the group well and might be our best chance to have a good run till the end of the season - a new manager always brings uncertainty and might not favour players in form etc could lose even more ground and could have another Pedro on our hands - trying to think logically till the end of the season gives us a lot more tome to assess other candidates or murty might surprise and be kept on he knows the group / staff / club etc . Grass is always mhankier and aw that 🤔🤔😁😁keep the faith bears things aren't as bad as a lot 🙄🙄🙄would like to make out!

We’ll see what Murty is all about over the next few weeks. It’s a different story as a manager when you know you have a run of matches rather than just one at a time like he did before McInnes fell through. He could make bold changes and it really wouldn’t matter because it may have been his last game in charge. Now that he knows he has it until new year might make him think a little more and make decisions like not dropping Miller even though he should be, just so that he doesn’t upset the camp

How can you run a team like Rangers with a caretaker manager for over half the season? How are we supposed to identify signing targets for January and the summer when you don’t know who the manager will be come the start of the new season? It’s one thing having a caretaker in for a short period of time but not for more than half the season.

The problem with giving Murty to end of season is that if we finish 2nd, the board or DOF have only 6 weeks to to appoint a new manager, then identity signing targets, organise pre season, etc before our first European tie. Even less time if we finish 3rd. Season tickets also come out the beginning of May and the fans deserve to know what direction the club are going in.

We need a new manager pronto. I don’t care if it’s Murty, Neil, Mcleish Walter or whoever but the sooner we appoint someone the better. Just get it done.
