If as is being reported Rangers have met the compensation fee to allow Us to speak to DM and the sheep board refuse and reject it are they in breach of contract with their employee ie DM who can then resign with no compensation being required. Contracts and their conditions work both ways.

Read elsewhere that Aberdeen eant compensation up front but that's not what's being offered. No idea if that's true, or if/ how it affects the release clause in McInnes contract.

if we have offered instalments in means any buy out clause isn't applicable. other wise we could offer 800k at tenner a week 😂
