Do you what bears I honestly can't get my head round and it annoys me, how come when rangers sign someone, before he signs he scores goals for fun at the club he's at, he then joins rangers and he's rubbish couldn't score in a brothel, he then leaves to another club cause he can't cut it at rangers, joins another club and bangs goals in left and centre? It must be rangers training and tactics cause they go else where and score for fun.

Or is it the pressure they can't handle? Need to be thick skinned and confident to play for us,40,000+at home scrutinising every move good or bad. Not many players (if any) we have signed of late will have played with that pressure on, oh and the fact quite a few are played out of their preferred/ natural postion. managers choice i know, but you have to play to the strengths of the players you have, that's the difference between an average and good coach/ manager for me .

Geddes agree you need to look at our record it’s far better away from home

100pc geddes, one wrong pass and fans on their back, can destroy great players. how does someone gain confidence under such scrutiny

geesadodothat hopefully we can get a manager in soon to assess and organise what we have, I don't think their a bad group just need to be played to utilise their strengths . as fans we all get frustrated but need to cut them a bit of slack at home, like thinkabout it says, we seem to play better away from home. You could cut the tension with a knife at Ibrox when things don't go well . must have an affect on the players .

As fans we pay good money. What i and thousands of fans witnessed was 11 players not playing as a team, no cohession or structure playing badly. So we voices our discontent at the team on the park. didn't hear about any Rangers players of the past complaining about it - good players embrase the atmosphere and are motivated by it.

Agree Rfc Chris, but that is exactly what I'm trying to say we don't have the players of the past and we don't have a manager in charge with enough experience. Good players thrive on atmosphere and are motivated by it-bang on -not very often recently we have such atmospheres at Ibrox and the players must feel the tension. I've not heard any current players complaining about it either mind you .
