I think Mcinnis is a good manager and if he was to take over rangers only time would tell if he was successful but in Murty we have a guy that’s already there and has trust with the players. this time and the last he got the best out of them which the two previous managers couldn’t and with one of those games being a well deserved draw with Celtic and that was also with only having a few weeks of putting his ideas over to the team plus on top of that working with a director of football probably wouldn’t be a problem. if you ask me the answer to our problems is already there

If Murty got the job, as soon as we went on a bad run the fans would turn on him and the board saying we lacked ambition etc . For that reason he’s not the man. We need an experienced manager .

5 wins 1 draw and 2 losses with a 62.5 percent win ratio. hopefully that’ll increase after the next match and with more time with getting his ideas across I think will only improve

Maybe it’s a good coach we need, maybe not a manager as such. We have a DOF who should have the contacts in regards to players. New scouting network etc.
A coach runs the teams then works with the dof in regards to players / targets / playing style to bring in suitable players. A manager will want the budget, his own men, own players maybe from previous teams / contacts.
Why have a dof and a scouting system if manager doesn’t fancy or over rules.

Djab. you can’t say he’s not the man based on if this or if that plus any manager regardless of who it is would get a hard time if he got it wrong but also unlike yourself I’m stating this on my opinion as oppose to you saying he’s not the man because this might happen or that might happen
