So in the space of 20 seconds of the ball being in play we go from what should have been 2-nil up or stil 1-0 to conceding. All he had to do was put his laces through it as hard as he could. In, faster uncontrolled rebound or row Z, they wouldn't have been able to make the attacking transition so quickly. I don't see people saying Candy-arse should have his contract terminated as they are with PC, this is mass hysteria. It's a very fine line between scucess and faliure and we were so unlucky at the end there it's unbelievable. Dorrans on the park would have helped massively too, something else out of PC's control tonight. It's a missed opportunity and a chance for the red tops and know it alls to slate us again. this is a project and it's a long one, if we don't finish 2nd in the league then yes the project is failing but for now he should stay, replacing him will make things worse, who'd want the job anyway we can't pay the money that English clubs can and it's 100 times the pressure.

Matt. R you serious? If you are you are your deluded. Project? You are having a laugh. The only project should be to get rid of this failure as quickly as possible

Matt even if we held on for the victory it would have been papering over the cracks that tonight was shocking he is not the man to take us forward he has only won 1 home league game this season we can’t win more than 2 games on the trot it’s an embarrassment and it’s on pedro he has to go a wouldn’t give him anymore games never mind the season.

I admire your optimism Matt, and I agree with the sentiment however we should never have been in the position to lose the game tonight. He went in with 2 outfield changes from Sunday, one enforced, so he falls on his sword as far as I’m concerned, this was his chance to change 4 or 5. Ryan Jack had absolutely no place deserving tonight and he responds to the managers faith with a red card. Smashing. Windass. just what has he contributed to reflect as many starts? Tavernier and Candeias on the right? Tell you what I’ll pick up opposition winger for you’s. Similar could be said for the left side. These are basics and should have been dealt with by now. I don’t doubt a Pedro’s ambition or passion for the cause but his judgement is not upto it and when I saw the team sheet tonight I knew it was sink or swim for him, unfortunately his boys have let him down tonight and I would prefer he was sacked. If he stays I’ll support the team all the way, just giving my honest assessment!

Stewart Robertson and Graeme Park must shoulder their responsibility for the appointment hold there hands up!

its not mass hysteria, writing is on the wall and its only a matter of time. the longer we delay, the more damage will be done. iv been a strong supporter of pedro, nice guy but its gone too far now and the situation is irreversible.

My thoughts on the penalty is why is candeias taking it in the first place because as a centrefoward you pray to get 12 yards out and clear with only the keeper to beat so why. isn't Herrera taking the penalty I am pretty sure he wouldn't have missed.

This is not mass hysteria. Rangers were dire in the 2nd half on Sunday and dire in the 2nd half tonight. Midfield all but disappeared and bottle went against a team on 6 points. There has been absolutely no improvement. The project is failing, the team is no better than it was this time last year. Hearts will be physical, get the ball forward quickly and our players will not be able to cope. I thought the get rid folk were jumping the gun a few weeks back but there hAve been too many poor performances from players not up to the task. Barring a brilliant performance against Hearts, which is unlikely, Pedro should be away next week. I really hoped it would work out but it has been a disastrous appointment.

Totally agree with you we just don’t have the lucky break I said to my pal what’s the chances of missing the pen and then scoring he said 5 million to one which is right just unlucky that’s all need to get the heads up and beat hearts on Saturday

26 Oct 2017 11:56:38
It doesn't matter if we beat Hearts, all it would be doing would be papering over the cracks. i'd not be surprised if he's off before the weekend

26 Oct 2017 12:01:00
Allan come on you know Saturday against the Jambos is going to be a real struggle and you cannot see us getting 3 points? Hearts will be hungry and aggressive and we cannot cope with this and the buck stops way Pedro!

Sorry but there was nothing unlucky about that last night. We struggled against the worst team in the league, couldn’t break them down and hardly tested their keeper. The penalty was very poor and barely reached the keeper. To excuse last night as unlucky is embarrassing
