I think some are being very short sighted. You are forgetting about who may be at the world cup next year. If say Morelos, Pena, Herrara, Hodson, Jack, Dorrans, Candeas, Bruno, Wallace could all be playing out of their skins to get picked for the squads. If so and actually play and play well in the tournament I would imagine their values would go up. This would also put Rangers back on the world stage to some extent. This business model is the only way forward, no Scottish manager would be able to attract any foreign talent without a huge war chest. I agree some in the end might not fit the Scottish game however that does not make these guys bad players, they would thrive in more technical league, like Spain or Italy. We will make profit in all of the players no matter what. Where is the benefit in stumbling along with all Scottish players and being second to Celtic all the time we would be no better than Aberdeen. We have a management team that have contacts far and wide, this is why we employed Pedro and team + Johanssen. It goes like this - Get players in, make a profit, get better players in, start winning everything, sell some, make a bigger profit, champions league, get even better players and keep them or sell at huge profit. At that point we will have a sustainable model that will put as and keep us at the top, Mcinness could never do that in a month of Sundays, he can't even speak a foreign language . Being negative only helps our haters. Keep the faith guys and gals, and don't read papers.
