I see that we have secured this boy from Manchester city on loan until January or for the season, then I read that he is for the development squad so what is the point of signing him it is players for the first team squad we need not the development squad.

to give experience to that squad, so they can play competitively. maybe buy him net year. less risk on a loanee and hopefully allows us to put a decent fight in during the competition.

What's point of being young player in developing team if bringing somebody in on loan to replace surely better to give our own young boys some experience pointless

Bring in young put in devolpe squad put them in 1st team by jan prob trying to do a smelltic wae tierney etc etc just shows there can't be to many bursting or good enough just now for 1st team in my opinion

Is he not in final year if his contract? Similar to what we done with Beerman, brought in on loan and into development squad and then signed when his contract ended.

my opinion on this might be wrong. but didn't Celtic take paddy Roberts on a two year loan. then started breaking into the first team last season. maybe this wee dude will be the same for us them we will be raving about him. although we have him for a year but might be a a buy on Clause in this.
