Not a rumour just a suggestion. With around a million coming I'm for Waghorn why not go for Louis moult and Chris Cadden from Motherwell the 2 would cost around a million. Cadden is great up and down the wings and he could also provide cover for Right back and moult is s proven scorer in Scotland.

Personally, I think we should aim for a higher standard than these guys. I'd take quality of quantity any day.

I think moult would be a good signing. If we got him and walker we would be strong going forward. I thought candias and windass had good games yesterday aswel.

Agree with your sentiment ally however, I don't feel we are quite at that point yet. The two players gs mentioned would imo be good additions to our squad, both being proven at this level, which is where we are operating, this season anyway. Moult is a very good out ball and focal point and Cadden can't half put a good ball in the box.
On a side note, I have watched our pre season games and thought yesterday wasn't a patch on them. Not sure if it was nerves or what but you can't tell me that (no disrespect meant) Motherwell are a better team than those three teams?
A couple of more wins and I think you may just see us relaxing a bit and starting to take these kind of games in our stride as I believe the ability is there.

I would definitely take cadden. Good young prospect at only 20, already has a lot of spfl experience and has the potential to be sold on for a profit.

mult would be in the game every game and he scores for motherwell 20 plus goals in the last two seasons in the league we want to win for me moult and walker should be added before the end of the week if not we will have been stupid to not only strengthen ourselves but to weaken our opposition aswell
