He'll be on decent wages, doubt a club would touch him unless he's paid off or ranges pay part of his wages in a deal

MK Dons are trying to get him on loan. Don't think they will take him outright just now though.
Fulham also were interested last season but probably scouted him then ended their interest.
Kiernan, Forrester, O'Halloran and Windass are all players who'd I'd like to see move on as I feel they have stole a wage for too long.

Kiernan, Forrester and O'Halloran yes I agree they have to go but Windass has the ability to be a big player for us, I know he hasn't really shown it yet but it's in him somewhere . Now he has had a year to adapt from playing for ACCRINGTON STANLEY who are no disrespect to them a tiny tiny club to, to playing for RANGERS who are a huge world famous club (and it would have been a culture shock to say the very least ) we may now start to see exactly what Josh is capable of

Yeah he will be on decent wages so I guess that we are hoping for a bid and then having to give him a pay off or a loan with the other club paying 30-50% of his wages.
But as with Forrester O'halloran Dodoo and others I think any business for these guys will be concluded at end of window.

Please somebody take them off our books. These players were never Rangers class. God help any club that takes Kiernan, guy was a total liability.
