More confident we're going to get Dorrans now, I thought this deal was going to die but it seems Dorrans himself is only interested in going to Ibrox.
Also I think if we get even close the Norwich
asking price, tbh he really should be one of our upcoming signings. I would imagine probably after the Mexican due get announced.
I see one of the papers are reporting that we've upped our bid for Dorrans to 1 million, I'm not quite sure I believe that specific article. What I do believe is we will at some stage up our bid once Dorrans tells Norwich that he only wants to go to Rangers. I would be very surprised if they didn't know that by now.
Yes a lot of people on here stated the deal was always going to happen, but I'm always sceptical until the deal is very close, which I think it's going to be very close soon.
I think this one will hot up pretty soon and that will be the centre of midfield sorted along with the defence. ( Alves, Cardoso ) defence.

You can kind of see what Pedro's doing now- building a new spine for the team, simply because last season we were spineless.

Personally, i would play a 4-4-2, we were outplayed in midfield a few games last season.

Yeah I agree with that formation, in fact it's the formation I have always stated would be best. I do take your point â˜ï¸ tho that we were outplayed on numerous occasions in that department, but I think that's what Ped is currently addressing and I can't see Pena, Dorrans and Jack getting outplayed very often and if you chuck in Rossister and Niko who will be like 2 new signings. Then I would have to say it will probably be out most productive part of our team, certainly the most fiercely contested for places . I do also think if Niko is fit and ready, he will be in the side somewhere, and will used for say 60 minutes of the match before putting on someone else.
Dorrans will be a huge player for us, if you watched this guy when he was with West Brom - then you'll know he's a class act. Played at the highest level for a lot of seasons and he's only just 30 I think plenty left in him.
But I have a feeling it could be 4-2-3-1. Depends on what the players are going to be most effective at but I would prefer a 4-4-2 also.

442 is old fashioned nobody plays that anymore we will play 4123 with 1 dmf 2attacking and 1 striker two wingers and possibly change in oldfirm or euro games
