We have to remember Pedro is still assessing the squad. He will notice what players are not good enough like Halliday, garner and the others. He will know players that are done well since he came in like holt, miller and the 2 young lads. Pedro will have his own players in mind for different positions and I'm sure no one has a clue who they are. Let's just write this season of as warbuton left a very poor squad and hope Pedro builds a better one for next season

He has to get the squad to perform till the end of the season if he told the truth the team would just gave up so yes he was lying and everyone new it.

I did mention this a month ago that he shouldn't have said that and was slaughtered by a few on here. This comment has made him look stupid and if it was an attempt to gee up the players it's clearly failed

Iv'e always been a pesemist just my nature i guess but Gers need a complete new midfield and forward line. Hell knows where we're gpoing to get that kinda money.

Memaself, Pedro didn't say he HAD the best squad in Scotland what he said was, he had to BELIEVE he had best squad in Scotland. Subtle difference. Check the dictionary for the meaning of subtle. Oh a ductionary is a big book that explains the meaning of words. Oh and a book is a something with pages and writing on it. 😂
