I keep reading that we need someone with experience at a high level. Neil has been a manager for less than four years, a whole year more than Barry Ferguson. He also hates Rangers. I can never see a Rangers board ever who would think the appointment of Alex Neil as manager was acceptable.

why shouldn't it be relavant?
i hate celtic and if i played for them i'd give 100 percent but if i was managing them to be honest i'd try run them into the ground.
so if he hates rangers which he has all but admitted then why the hell would we want him in the managers job
