We seriously need the next manager to work out we can't afford another warburton another rebuild has to work if not we will be in serious bother for years to come its going to be hard for the next manager to come in a say it will take time to rebuild this is the 6 th year of all this rebuilding from when we got relegated and the fans can't and won't take much more this team is a disgrace worst ave ever seen a can't think of anyone but foderingham whos had atleast 2 good games in a row we need serious investing in this squad and now next seasons managers needs to be hired now so he can identify players for next season get the ball rolling so we ain't rushing to get players in at the last minute a onow we can sign anyone the now but get his list into the board and get working on it straight away

They don't have good track record and are indecisive (rather than conducting "due diligence")

@scott87 - what rebuilding did Super Ally do? The current issues all stem from that time when we brought in overpaid numpties. The new manager is the most important signing in years. I will gladly take a couple of years of hurt as long as there is improvement on and off the park. We as fans need to stop obsessing about there ambition for 10 in a row and get our own house in order first.

Well said union jack. This team should have been built 5 year ago and now performing at the top table with a great balance of youth and expirence. Buying people like boyd and law and Templeton (I could go on) to win the bottom 2 leagues in Scotland was a joke and the money mccoist was on was a bigger joke.

@ranger - the OP stated we've been rebuilding for 6 years. I stated no rebuilding was done under Super Ally. I'm not so blind that I think all our issues began with the appointment of MW.

Union jack that's my point we should have been rebuilding since 2012 and we didn't that's y after 6 years its to much for the fans now and next manager has to get it right the next manager is under pressure before a ball is kicked under him thanks to all the boards and managers we've had since 2012 we are getting second rate football at first rate prices would u pay £420 for a season book if u were a hearts or aberdeen fan and they could finish above us no chance

@scott87 - unless we are getting a billionaire who doesn't mind wasting some of his money then there is no quick fix as we can't afford the quality players we require to challenge Celtic.
Would you then not rather take a couple of years of hurt as long as there was improvement and progress on and off the pitch?
