Can't blame Murty he came in and was told to play the youths 433 and mirror first team, it's all he knows! He won't change it.
They must appoint an interim asap to secure 3rd spot. Someone who can organise us very quickly.

That must be a very unhappy dressing room. Sky TV reported that Kenny Miller shook his head (in disbelief) after a touchline talk with Murty after the substitution of Halliday. The sooner this mess is sorted the better.

Scotty, how can you say 433 is all he knows? Didn't he used to captain Reading? I'm never managed or coached a football team but even I would know how to change formation. The guy may be there by default but it's still no excuse for being tactically inept.

This isn't football manager Hugh. He's coached this system for a few years now and will believe in it. It's not as straight forward as just changing the formation, previous captain or not he has no previous management experience and has stated he doesn't even know if it's what he wants to do. Massive difference in being a youth coach following a phylosophy to managing a club.
He can't take any of blame for this mess.
I never wanted McLeish or Davies but get 1 of them now and then re-evaluate and appoint permanent in summer.
