Not at all James, Mark Warburtons agent is his representative. Warburton can be pissed off at his agent not Rangers, we are going on the word of his representative. It would be like me being in court and my Lawyer comes out with some crap that I never said, I could sue him for it, I couldn't sue the court or the judge if it led to a conviction. We don't know the ins and outs, no one from the board has said they have or haven't received a formal resignation from each of them. They do say however that they had a meeting with Warburton, Weir and McParlands Agent (representative)

Onlyshow I really hope your right but what worries me is the fact that we allowed mw to do presser on Friday and Murty said he was asked on Friday nite to take team. Mw lawyers could ask why mw was still working for gers on Friday if he had resigned earlier in week hope not but think it could get messy.

I find it impossible to believe that MW resigned that day so if this goes to the courts I would think he may very likely have a case.

If I was going to resign from my job I would be required to put it in writing and would think this would be the norm for football managers but that doesn't seem to have happened.

Naz, if you personally went in to resign that is how it would work. However I'm unsure to how it works when you have a representative

I don't think an agent can resign FOR you, you have to tender your own resignation. I see court trouble ahead.
