The limitations of Kiernan, Halliday and Tavernier are there for all to see. I wonder if Warburton will now bring Burt into the midfield alongside Hyndman and Toral? It must also be time to give Dodoo a run up front with Miller and Mackay. In defence, I'd bring in Senderos alongside Hill for now and play Hodson at right back. As I've said before on this site, when on earth are our youngsters going to get a chance - they can't do any worse than the so-called first team! Recall Hardie and bring Burt and Jordan Thompson into the first team squad. Team v Ross County: Foderingham; Hodson, Senderos, Hill, Wallace; Toral, Burt, Hyndman; Dodoo, Miller, Mackay.

I'd like to see the boy Bates, if nothing else he's the only centre half we've not seen play. Hill could do with a no nonsence centre half in they who'll actually win a ball in the air, the boy looks a fair unit so hopefully he's that type of player. Hodson is a must at Rb, Tavernier has been a liability all season. Unfortunately there's no one else at the club but Rossiter I see can play sitting midfield so we're stuck with Halliday until Rossiter gets fit. whenever that'll be. Definately think Dodoo deserves a run too.

You make a fair point buddy, I would give dodoo a proper run through the middle, bring hodson in at right back, drop Halliday, and how we let Matt Gilks go to Wigan I will never understand that one, I have always thought he was better than wes fod, I don't know what's going to happen to warburton because he has much more to spend than hearts and the sheep, so maybe he's just not as good as I thought he was

Can I ask my fellow fans a question.
Does anyone think warburton has underestimated the league.?
Is he just not up to the task?
Is his recruitment been any good?
Will he be here next season, if not who would use like to replace him?

Onlyshowaround. I've been raging for most of this season anyway so another rant after Saturday won't make any difference! We can't get much worse than the 4-1 defeat to Hearts and the 5-1 defeat to Celtic earlier this season.

hodson has to be brought in for tav as he offers far too little in defence and that's our main weakness just now
kiernan has to be dropped - he is a liability caught under the ball far too often, rash and mis-timed tackles and not switched on enough as a defender. wilson or bates should replace him
halliday - i'm not sure if he's way off form
as some suggest or he's just struggling to make the step up to the SPL from championship but either way he gives ball away far too often and puts us in trouble consistently. i'd replace him with hyndman as DM until

If warburton were to leave and huddersfield didn't gain promotion I wouldn't mind their german manager david wagner! What a job he's done there, in less than 2 years! Very highly rated in germany and turned down the advances of wolfsburg not that long ago! Has terrific contacts in germany and throughout europe in general!

TBF I think the majority of people connected to Rangers underestimated the league. People were going well over the top whilst praising MW for beating Championship opponents - often stating the standard you were playing was the same standard as SPL (which made no sense at the time and certainly even less now) .
Keeping in mind that I think (may not be correct) but you did not beat any of your 2 closest competitors (Falkirk/ Hibs) away from home whilst in the Championship. Then at the start of this season we have King and MW saying your up to compete with Celtic. which the majority of you on here were extremly confident with and this has slowly changed into we were always looking for second and can't compete, as the season has wore on! Be interesting to see if that aim changes further come the end of the season.
The simple fact that there is the same difference between you and Celtic as there is between you and bottom of the league tells it's own story. And MW coming out the other day and stating that if we had not won 4 games there would only been a 13 diffence is quite simply embarrassing.

Limitations isn't the word to use mate, the fact that bilel moshni and ian black are twice the players kiernan and halliday are then that says it all.

Cee why do u question hill and miller being in people's teams? Miller only one who looks like scoring for us, hill easily our best defender! No brainer for me.
