David king clearly doesn't think warburton is the man to take us forward. and this is why no funds have been released and rumours of replacement coming in for the summer.
I feel warburton has put himself in this situation with his transfer dealings and no gap between us aberdeen.
To the people saying he hasn't had no money to spend look at the wages some of these players are on signing on fees paid and development fees paid and you will see he has had money to spend he has just not chosen the right players and we could have got better value for money in the door.
As for saying he has been unlucky with injuries he new these players had injury problems when he signed them yet still chose to sign them now he is paying the price for it.
The joey barton signing the manager knew what he was getting when he signed him and should have managed him better if not should not have brought him in.

I've got to be honest we have to buy cheap then sell on make money on relatively unknown players aka the new keeper who is highly rated. we can't challenge celtic due to all round infrastructure, we've got ashleys noose around our neck, we can't spend 4 million on a player which tbh these days is nothing average players are going for 15, i like warbs and i think he'll get it right he works with these players aday in day out so will know them better than you or i

Yeah but he has had a vastly superior budget to Aberdeen but we are no better than they are. Also can you hinestk say he has improved any of his cheap signings to get decent transfer fees from them? He has failed and he will either go this summer or next

Listen craig8688, because we had a bigger budget than aberdeen doesn't mean you then have the god given right to finish way miles in front of them! that's not how football works my friend, try and understand that! Also remember when you're jumping up a level, it can take time to adjust irrespective to who you sign and because we've got a bigger budget than the sheep and hearts for that matter! Try and grasp the concept of football as its never black and white as you put it, irrespective of having a bigger budget! Give the manager and the team a break why don't you! Judge them at the end of the season! We'll finish 2nd, imo there's no doubt about it!

we are in debt, running at a loss and relying on soft loans to keep us afloat. throw in the fact we have literally zero retail income and nothing from europe what 'funds' are you relating too?
just a stab in the dark, but maybe DK is trying to run us prudently so past catastrophes don't re-occur

for starters smokey we could have got better players for the wages some of these guys are on and could be closer to celtic or at least have a gap between us and aberdeen so barton is one player so why have the rest of signings not worked out al the lads brough in this summer only garner and hill a gauranteed football then we going spend 250k on a goalkeeper to sit on bench these players warburton has brought are not good enough in future not many off them will sold for profit as for your 4 million price on players we can get better players for well less than that fact matter is warburton has not got value for money and this is critacal for our future

Its our firat season back in the league, aberdeen have been celtic contenders for the past few seasons and to be fair done pretty well at it they are a strong team due to the fact theve played together for so long, the players are on good money but need more time in this league, we have had and will have wobbles, i also agree king will go first as he's done his job of stabilising us but he's never here now

b16jk do your homework and u will find out how much these players are on ruffly just for example garner 12 k week and sendoros 16k week. all i am saying about the funds and warburton do not be suprised if there is funds there in summer and warburton is replaced.

Ive got to agree supercoop, if that was the way football worked there would be no point going to watch it as we would all know the outcome before a ball was kicked. sure having a bigger budget helps but the main thing about being a successful team is down to shape, systems, tactics, coaching
