I know our 3 centrebacks aren't the greatest, and Hill isn't getting any younger. Michael Mancienne, his contract is out in the summer, we could get him for free, he is quick and quite a good defender, I reckon this is one player we really should be going for.

Couldn't afford him, he gets 20k a week basic, probably wants more plus signing on fee etc not to mention agents fee. None starter

I can't find a thing on his wage. From what I know of, Nottingham Forest have a wage bill of around £26mil, that is for all staff (196 in total) So I don't see one player earning close to a 26th of the total wage budget, considering there is still another 195 people to pay.

How do people know what players earn? Unless you are the agent, payroll employee, taxman, club owner, partner of player, then stop spouting nonsense.
