@Delboy79 I was being a tad sarcastic about being so down that I didn't stay up to the bells. I was however annoyed about our second half performance and that was mainly the point I was making. We need more consistency and have to develop the ability to maintain that consistency.

What is going on with rossiter out of all the summer signings I was looking forward to him playing the most. He's always a week away from fitness. We might never see him again in a rangers shirt the way it's going.

I'm gutted for rossiter, you could see his pride at playing for rangers, he said he was blown away the first time he walked into ibrox, I hope he can get fit, do you know we are missing Barton, rossiter, crooks, niko, that was warburtons first choice midfield for this season.

We have been very unlucky with the Barton fiasco and injuries to key players. I still think there is a very good side within the current squad and another couple of additions in January will undoubtedly help. I think it was a big mistake not to play Hodson in the of game.
He might have prevented both goals. However if you consider the chances that they missed I think they were all created by midfield runners like Armstrong and Roberts. We have Holt who is lightweight but may be good enough with the right partner and Windass who is just not good enough I'm afraid. McKay is certainly good enough. We also need a McCoist or a Boyd as not nearly enough goals are being scored.

Got to disagree mate windass is far better than Holt, did u not see pass for our goal when was last time Holt produced something like that he's a wee trier but at times he just runs about like a headless chicken.

I am with BigBlue, Ayr; Holt is no more than a squad player although he does have youth on his side so with the right coaching he might improve. Windass however is the more cultured football player and we will have a quality player there if we can hold on to him. Our major problem is the lack of a quality holding midfield player and Warburton's inability to look beyond Halliday for this role.
We need a quality player in this role. That plus one additional box to box midfield player and we should see a much improved team!
