I know its only paper talk but i find it astonishing the 3 players we're linked to are all midfielders when its as plain as the nose on your face that its defenders we need😡.

When wee holt was out injured at start of season I couldn't wait for him to come back. Since he's returned to team I've been disappointed with his performances. His work rate is great but he doesn't look like player he was and with Halliday still dining out on last years semi it's no wonder we are not scoring lots of goals there's nothing getting created from midfield.

I agree we could b doing with at least 1 game changing midfielder (jota) but the amount of gilt chance we gift is unbelievable and our centre halfs are no were near good enuf.

Totally agree bluedie defence should be looked at they can play ok for couple of games but you just know it's not going to last.

Exactly Jaws, we just always look as if when the other side attacks they could score. as i said in an earlier post, we give far to many glaring chances away and had it not bn for terrible finishing from the opposistion it would be more magnified but the defence has bn let off the hook because the chances haven't bn taken.

Warburton must be well aware that with Krancjar injured and Crooks and Rossiter struggling to regain any form of fitness that he needed players. If he is now interested in the ex Everton lad who has been without a club since the summer, quite frankly I am struggling to understand why he did not sign him immediately that Barton was allowed to leave.
Osman is a good professional and despite his advancing years would have added more to this Rangers team than both Holt and Halliday!
