There is a bit of a campaign on the go to get Joey Garner song to number 1 for Xmas. "Glad all over" by The Dave Clarke 5.
Its already 3/ 4 on I-tunes.
Lets have an Xmas number 1!

Two very different types of players so I don't get your point LH86, yes Garner could score a few more goals but his work rate and the way he gives defenders hell all day is outstanding. That'll be the reason he is a fan favourite.

Onlyshow I think the point is if u play for Rangers/ celtic and your a striker, there is only 1 target.
20 goals a season minimum, anything else is failure no matter what else u do.

And my point is it shows how expectations and standards have dropped dramatically from your fans and when a player who's scored 3 goals all season is getting songs made up for him! And gives defenders hell all day! The only way u give defenders hell if your a striker is putting the ball in the net, always has been and always will be!

Again with the 40 million pound! Who was it that mentioned this magical 40 million? Because it certainly wasn't any of us! When dembele does leave he will leave for a Scottish transfer record, of that there is no doubt! And all the amount of wishing it doesn't happen from yous won't change that! lh86, there's so much more to garner's play to scoring goals, although i do grant you, strikers are judged on their goals and rightly so. but trust me here my friend, the goals will come for joe garner. he's had to come into a team and adapt to a new system for him which he's now doing, he's getting there! i'll tell you something, joe garner will give your defenders a hellish time imo and they'll certainly know they've been in a game at full time on hogmanay! that i totally guarantee you! joe garner will go on to be a very good player for the most successful football club in the planet, bar none, the famous glasgow rangers! for the record i think we'll beat yous on hogmanay, really do!

Lh86, most of us are realistic and knew we would not come up to the SPL and win it at first attempt, we have came through an awful lot with all the crooks we have
had at our club. If and I think we most definitely will finish second then I personally think that is a good achievement.
We have backed our team through thick and thin with top attendances in the (whole) of Scotland when we were in the lower divisions! I notice your great club still counts seats as supporters as even this season you are not giving accurate crowds looking at the amount of empty seats.
Now we were punished for so called EBTs, tax avoidance, your team have still to be caught out (on going enquiry). The point I am making is, I doubt very much you closet supporters would have backed your team in the same way!
