Builds his teams around defensive setup and makes them hard to beat first and plays to strengths of players available to him. I'd settle for teams knowing they were in a game against us were way too soft. Don't think I've saw any of our players make a right hard 50/ 50 tackle this season.

Similarities between Michael O'Neil and Sir Walter in that their teams set up to be hard to beat. Said on here a few days ago O'Neil would be a good option but we must remember we still have a manager in place and must respect that.
