If it's true I find it terrible that McCoist and Murray failed to cast a vote for res 11 resulting in a 1% shortfall of the required 75%. King stood by mccoists pay off when others would have told him where to go. Now he does this in return.

Agree, would like to hear McCoist comment on this.

Fd

According to the reports he declined to comment.

Not surprised in the slightest. Mccoist only cares about himself.

Super ally has let us down big time
On this one maybe big Mike promised him something for note voting or has sumthing to use against him to stop him voting.

For once and for all the fans should see McCoist for what he is. This man only cares about himself and has betrayed every true Rangers fan once again.

28 Nov 2016 10:15:27
pure speculation there craigs8688.
I don't belive that for a second and reports from the newspapers don't mean jack to me .
maybe he had other contractual obligations that day and coldnt vote .

but I don't think mccoist went out his way to do a bad turn on rangers .
I can't see the life long rangers fan doing that.

28 Nov 2016 10:34:34
So mccoist and Murray could have changed the vote for rangers
why did David king or someone else in rangers not pick up the phone to these two men and enquired if they where going vote or not well before the vote instead we have have left it to chance these two phone calls could have made the difference.

I suspect the club where focused on swaying other investors to vote in clubs favour and automatically thought mccoist and Murray would vote in rangers favour but they didn't
We as a club have to be more aware and further to have anychance of getting Mike out the door of our club.

This is 2016 you can cast your vote in many different ways and don't have to attend to be able to vote. Honestly if that's the best you can come up with then your deluded.

28 Nov 2016 11:17:36
I am assuming both McCoist and SDM were contacted, were fully aware of the significance of the vote and took conscious decision not to support the resolution. They need to explain and tell us why. No comment is not acceptable imo.

28 Nov 2016 11:33:06
As a share holder I can confirm you can cast your vote by post the envelope is even supplied so let's get this right I have been a huge defender of Ally but no more you can't say he forgot as it was well publicised in media how important this vote was to the future of this club he only needed to put a tick in the box and post it or god forbid he sided with Ashley and the Easdales which is unforgivable as for Murray I'd have thought he would have voted as the above to were part of the board who tried to shame him when he was pissed so for me I won't forget this shame on the pair of them.

28 Nov 2016 12:01:32
Never thought I would hear myself say this. Shame on you macoist I would hate to think there was anything sinister in him not voting.

28 Nov 2016 12:50:16
if that's the case biffo then we should egg their houses and barr them from ibrox.
if they just didn't vote for the sake of not voting then they are not true rangers fans.

I hate to say that as mccoist is my favourite rangers player of all time . and my hero growing up watching him get goal after goal after goal.
just a hard pill to swallow if he just didn't vote out of pure badness.

28 Nov 2016 12:57:20
Not sure if any of you have ever seen email between Charles green and mccoist, that was on Charlotte fakes?

In the email mccoist agreed to tell the fans to buy season tickets in return for his 750k contract and 1% of the shares.

28 Nov 2016 23:11:40
That's the last time I will ever defend ally mcCoist, disgusting, well we all now now what ally cares about, and it's not Rangers.
