Seems all is not well either in the dressing room or amongst the fans! Maybe more are coming round to the view I have constantly expressed, that Warburton is not magic!

He is a journeyman manager of limited experience and with a reputation of being stubborn beyond belief. Also serious questions about his man management both here and at Brentford.
I'd simply add another series of issues.
How many of his summer signings do you rate? At least 6 in my opinion are a waste of wages.

Why does he persist with Foderingham who is an accident waiting to happen with the ball at his feet and does not command his area, where there are dodgy centre backs, given that a better all round keeper is on the bench?
Where is there a natural goal scoring striker in the side, apart from Miller, who can perform at SPL level?
Now that Niko is crocked where is there a creative midfielder capable of playing the telling pass in the team?

Is Warburton the only one who cannot see that our SPL opponents have all sussed our system and can combat it knowing he won't play any other?
Is Warburton a poor man manager as was suggested at Brentford and thus creates unrest in the dressing room?
Does Warburton seriously believe one performance of quality from his side in almost five months is acceptable?

Is the constant post-match banality that the performance was unacceptable but we will learn from it not insulting to the fans, as well as factually inaccurate?
If things continue as is should Warburton be trusted with whatever funds are available in the transfer window, knowing that he will recruit again from the lower English leagues a quality of player simply not good enough, that being the inevitable outcome of his buy cheap and add value philosophy ; only we don't see any added value! Garner at £1.8 million?

Will Warburton be at Ibrox next season or are rumours that his successor has already been identified true?
Plenty of issues and it seems to me not many positives.

has foderingham in 18 months made a mistake that has lead to a goal? people are far too hard on him he is a good goalie as is gilks who nearly gifted celtic a goal remember. both keepers can do a job when called upon.

10 Nov 2016 13:52:23
A journeyman with 1 previous managment job, that's a new one. Garner is spl standard and will score goals plus we paid 750k for him. Fods is average and everyone was impressed with gim at brentford.

Cee

Are you joking? Foderingham has been culpable for a number of goals and gets beaten to often at his near post. Do you not remember Stokes goal in the Hibs 3-2 win at Easter Road? Hibs 2nd goal in the 4-2 win at Ibrox? St Mirren's equaliser at the end of the season?

Clearly that's untrue that everyone was impressed with him at Brentford. The owner clearly wasn't otherwise he wouldn't have let him go.

Loads of questions in there GMac

Firstly did anyone actually think he was magic, he certainly never claimed he was.

Secondly sure we haven't pumped everyone we've played 5-0 this season and there have been a few really poor performances but where would you expect us to be in our 1st year back in the premiership?

Thirdly have we not been unfortunate with what were our 3 big summer signings? Barton just about everyone thought he was going to deliver, Niko worked his arse off to get fit then that happens and Rossiter hasn't been able to keep fit, they were meant to b our midfield this season with Windass too.

Sure we should do better and be better but I'd rather show patience and see where we are in a few months.

Regarding our goalie, firstly I cannot remember one game where he has saved our bacon and dug out a result for us with several outstanding saves. Secondly he does not command the penalty box, not even the six yard box and thirdly there will be no DVDs released this Xmas highlighting his best saves of the season. Give Gilks his chance, have real competition for the jersey.

Biffo, Brentford didn't get rid of Warburton, Warburton and the owner decided the best thing for the club was to go their separate ways when the owner decided that they would change the recruitment policy so that it was based on statistics rather than scouting.

10 Nov 2016 16:36:07
biffo you obviously don't have a clue about anything if you think Brentford let him go. and the stokes goal was 100 percent james tavernier and Rob kiernan fault as neither went near him and allowed him to run within 5 yards of our goalkeeper.

people keep slating fod with the ball at his feet yet we have never conceded from it.

10 Nov 2016 17:30:33
Isn't that the same as letting him go?

10 Nov 2016 18:35:27
Not quite the same really. Mutual agreement that the new setup wouldn't work. The owner wanted him to stay. Warburton didn't want to stay under those circumstances.

Cee

If you want to have a go at me fine however get your facts right the goal I'm referring to was the one where Stokes crossed the ball and Foderingham dropped it into the net. I clearly stated the game at EASTER ROAD and not the cup final.

So if the owner didn't want him to go then how is it mutual agreement? The owner was happy to let him go and didn't want him.

10 Nov 2016 19:27:41
Biffo, The owner thought it was the best idea to set up a recruitment policy based on statistics rather than scouting? Warburton didn't like that idea so he decided his time there was over? Both Warburton and the owner agreed that to be the best plan of action. That's a mutual agreement is it not? Both of them mutually agreed the best plan was to go seperate ways as they have different views on recruitment. you are getting difficult these days.

10 Nov 2016 19:35:30
Has Barton not just left by mutual consent , were rangers not the ones wanting rid of him?

10 Nov 2016 20:20:02

You have just made my point Warburton wanted to go and the owner wanted him to go as well. You can deny it all you want but the owner wanted to go in a difference direction and was happy to let him go.

10 Nov 2016 23:19:42
Not at all. The owner was not happy for him to leave. The owner wanted Warburton to stay, however he knew that Warburton would not stay and work under those "conditions" so they both agreed that the best plan was for Warbs to move on. At no point was he content with Warburton leaving however he believed the change in policy was the best for Brentford. He did want Warburton to stay though, so your point that the owner wanted rid of Warburton, that the owner was happy for him to leave or that Brentford sacked him are completely wrong.

11 Nov 2016 14:23:59
biffo u stated both games the cup final included where the stokes goal was kiernans fault for showing goal side I agree though that gilks would be the one i'd go for
in the sticks.
got to say I don't like sticking to the one formation its just being stubborn but when it works its a great system and when it doesn't to be fair to warbs the players are the one underperforming not him.
rossiter is a great prospect and once fit will add quality to the team .
I think holt should be dropped for forrester .

lets get one thing straight though GMACD AND BIFFO you guys want to change too much too fast and that would do nothing but harm our great club.
there are no better managers out there that want this job .
this is our first season back and its been a bad start to the season but I still think warbs will get us second spot.

if he can't get second this season he should and probably will be sacked.
but as fellow rangers fans please tell me that you can at least try and support our club in the way supporters should support their club and get behind the manager and his players .
I know that's hard for negative guys, but give it a go its not that hard.
