I don't believe Warburton should be sacked but upto now he's only proved that he's a one trick pony with 1 set formation this whole time, needs to realise that there's other better formations better suited to our players and team, 4-3-3 obviously isn't working, need two ST upfront.

yes he does need to change the formation I agree 100 percent .
our best players are midfielders and only having three on the park is not the smartest of moves.
we need these midfielders on the park chipping in with goals and setting up our strikers not sitting on the bench.

its still early in the season and the manager is just figuring it out as we all are .

this season I believe will be a good one and we will fifnish second.
hopefully the retail side of things are sorted out and we can start to bring in more quality I honestly think we are 3 or 4 quality players from being the best team in the league.
two cb's (as the ones we have are no where near an acceptable level)
a left footed winger and a striker the likes of dembelle big strong fast and clinical.
we won't get these guys in if we dontget the retail side sorted out though.

theirs no correct way to play football, everybody has different preferences, we know warbs everybody does. I prefer to have 2 upfront I think all strikers play better with a a partner. but imo even if warbs was to shake up the players in this system and what they do individually would help. rather than waghorn/ miller/ mckay that he seems to favour with their coming inside pass pass pass carry on, play moh and dodoo or forrester.

Michael ohalloran is good at 1 thing beating men and getting the ball in, but it's something not 1 other player in out team does. the passing s great but when it hits our front 3 imo we need to speed up and be a lot more direct and have our forwards driving at the defence.

Any formation will work if you have the quality of player to perform within it but seeing as we are playing with three up front with three isn midfield and two attacking 'wing backs' and are struggling to score goals I would suggest that i is the personnel and not the system that is at fault.

Defensively, with our current centre backs we are always likely to lose at least one goal in a game so we need to score two to win and that statistic is not often achieved.

In games against Premier league opposition so far this season our goals for ratio is abysmal. We are making plenty of chances but no one is converting them into goals and it has to be said that players that are benched week in week out should be given the opportunity ahead of non achievers.

Both McKay and Wallace have been consistently poor this season and while some might say that they are just experiencing a dip in form others will argue that, certainly in McKay's case, they are not capable at playing at this level.

We now have half a dozen relatively good games where there can be no excuse for us if we fail to take maximum points starting tonight. We need to see changes and we need the manager to show that he does not have favourites that play irrespective of the fact they contribute nothing.

It's always been my problem with the manager, he can't seem to get it that you can alter formations without changing your playing philosophy. He must have started out getting the same coaching badges as I did and it's one of the first things you learn. Style and structure are not set in stone.
