Ok guys everybody calling for mw head. let's think. mw been a revelation in championship but failure in spl so far. signings not so good this year. this year always gona be hard but let's see after this season if progress been made. then and only then make final judgement. probably only gers manager in history to do this job with both hands tied behind his back. in mw i trust, just.

. pretty much yes every rangers manager in modern era has had money to spend on players cut above the spl. remember 9 in a row teams. now we havd players from league 1 and 2 with no backbone ie scouting proper youth set up and all the rest. what did u all think we come to spl and win it by 10 15 points lol. we are rangers and that's what we have come to know but in reality never gona happen. open your eyes people.

I disagree with the view that the previous manager did not have financial support. He had by far the biggest wage budget for players in the divisions that he was managing in and still we didn't play any quality football. During this period we also failed miserably to bring any young players through and had the worst bunch of so called professional football players that I can recall in 55 years of watching Rangers. We also had the most overpaid manager in the Scottish League setup.
Warburton is now playing in the top league in Scotland where Celtic have over the last couple of seasons developed a decent quality squad and have the added benefit of young players like Tierney that I assume have come through their youth setup. Our Youth setup was dismantled! He has had no real investment to bring in real quality at a time when he has had to effectively rebuild an entire team.
He deserves time but he also needs investment because there are too many also rans and too few winners at Rangers these days.
Yes the three bears have invested and we should be thankful for that because without their funds and the support of the Parks Family it is difficult to see where we would be today.
I am excluding King because apart from the purchase of shares and a lot of talk I am finding it difficult to establish exactly how much of the promised #30m he has actually parted with, (and we should remember that in at least one of his commentaries he highlighted how it would be front end loaded)!
Right now we are not at the races, we need an influx of quality players but they have to be winners. No point in bringing in players like what we have that in too many cases show neither the desire or ability to take our club forward.

Tom, warbs has been financially backed too we have a far bigger wage bill than every other team outwith celtic, plus spent almost the same on transfer fees as them in summer, and we are no further forward, if anything we are worse than last season and still going downhill. That's ten games and we've got 4 wins, deserved maybe only 2 of them if I'm being honest! We hounded a club legend in super ally out the door for poor management so why is Warburton deserving of more respect then a true rangers legend got?
