Don't you think that Sky Sports should be giving Scottish Football a better tv deal than the current one? I for one thinks an absolute joke!
The SPL and the rest of the leagues should be getting a deal of at least 100m per annum

100m hahaha, brilliant stuff. and at the same time I reckon UEFA should give us 2 automatic Champions league spots. 1 3rd round champions league spot. 2 Europa League automatic spots and 1 3rd round Europa League spot. We don't deserve them but screw it, if Sky should give us that then UEFA should give us better too! We get £15mil per season from sky, that isn't a bad deal at all. However I will remind you all that we did shoot ourselves in the foot all those years ago when we get a bit to greedy so sky pulled the plug. take what we get guys, as right now the £15mil is all we will get.

Why would sky give us that much when supporters of 80% of the teams can't be arsed going to watch there team i'm sick of all these clubs with no support why should they get money.

The reason Scotland gets so little is because the product is rubbish and we are a small country with not great viewing audiences.

Problem is. We don't have the viewers to match down south. Sky make a lot more £s from subscribers based in England than they do in Scotland, so they will give them a deal that matches.

I would much rather see Clubs being able to negotiate their own deals, perhaps with a percentage of what the secure being repatriated into a Fund for the development of football in general.

I think everyone knows why we don't get even 10 percent of th amount that they do south of the border and belive me guys if we had investment like that the world would want to see our football too its because they have invested in the game down south that they are now the best league in the world. if sky invested in us we could be world wide aswell and i'm not talking about making it 20 mill a year split between everyone .

Half of the stadia are an eyesore on tv and stuff on the park no better. Pitches like ploughed fields in winter and empty stadiums that's why not getting big bucks from sky.

Not buying in to the "Scottish football is rubbish, that's why we don't get a £££££ TV deal"
Jus take a look at what Sky TV actual offer! They have the EPL, EFL, SPL, Scottish Championship, Dutch Eridivisie, MLS, Chinese Super League plus any Cup ties etc.
Sky dictate to us what they want to pay, they are not short of games to show nor are they short of customers. Not to mention the tug of war they have with BT Sports with regards to European games.
The standard of game has little to do with it, agreed having he old firm helps but not enough to demand mega bucks.
I'm afraid we just need to accept what we get.

UEFA need to bring back the Cup Winners Cup! teams need another Euro Competition to bring in revenue. Could try giving a place to Lge Cup Winners and a place on Lge position! Different Countrys may do different things but would make the Lge (diddy) Cup a lot more appealing, What's your thoughts Bears? Also some teams need to slash ticket prices (Season) to provide atmosphere at grounds I'm sure if they halfed prices more than double their average would turn up or purchase Season Ticket.

Sorry but the standard does have a lot to do with it. The only game anyone down south would watch is old firm game. Used to work down south and the general opinion is the game is rubbish up here and no one wants to watch it down south.

We should get 10% of what EPL gets that is several £100 mil a year
Population share = subscriber share
Would make huge difference to our game up here.
