Bit random I know but think it would be a great idea if we got Ally McCoist, Lee McCulloch etc the ones that were part of the journey on to the pitch before first game of the season and give them a true I brow thank you, would be moving and also be great.

I don't want McCoist anywhere near Ibrox ever again. If you have seen the emails leaked by Charlotte Fakes ages ago then you will know that he sold out the fans for his own personal gain. In the emails between him and Charles Green he agreed to endorse the new board and share scheme in exchange for a bumper salary and 1% of the shares when the club was floated. So even though he was a great player, he has tarnished his reputation as far as I am concerned. Not only that he subjected us to 2.5 years of utter crap football, despite having a massive budget compared to other teams.

McCulloch is a different story as I would be happy to welcome him back. He gave everything to the club and gave us some good memories.

Lee McCulloch is now with Kilmarnock so I don't see any rationale for him being at Ibrox other than when we play against them and I am sure that he will always be well received.

I couldn't personally care less whether McCoist is ever at Ibrox again unless it as a member of the support cheering on the team.

He has had his time at Rangers and I am sure that, like a lot of people he regrets taking the managers job, (albeit that financially he did rather well out of it) .

Under his watch as manager we saw some of the worst football players that we have ever had the misfortune of wearing the Rangers Jersey. His signings and his style of football was a joke as was his assistant manager that, unbelievably, later became manager.

Why not? Guys given us more good than bad. No grudges in my family.

Coisty owes fans something of an explanation as to why he acted as a public front man to a bunch of crooks plundering the club.

Legend as a player, was my hero as a kid. But his actions as a manager leave a bad taste in the mouth and his unwillingness to speak about it casts a question on his character.

Great shout Rangers19722016!
McCoist should be welcomed back for the first game of season at Ibrox with open arms! He stuck with us through thick and thin, (latterly, mainly thin! And not to mention the amount of goals he scored for us over the years as a prolific striker! ) when we were at rock bottom, u must remember it wasn't him who put us there, yet he took our first steps as manager (granted, a very poor one, let's face it, he couldn't manage a bag of chips! ) on our journey, back up through the leagues.
Love him or hate him, the man is a True Blue Legend, and should ALWAYS be welcome back at Ibrox!

Ally stole money from the club just like the other crooks and his style of play and results were shocking. If u want to thank him for that feel free however I could never bring myself to cheer for this greedy individual anymore.

29 May 2016 18:36:31
will never forgive Ally for saying ''i signed my contract and did not know what my salary was'' complete and utter bs, and worse he seems to believe us punters are so thick we would believe him.

29 May 2016 19:13:57
Boss Hog I'm with you, after all that I don't do walking away, shite eh he sure did do walking away more like a sprint with gardening leave payout every month to buy his silence, he knows way more about the shenanigans than we'll ever know. Come along at the flag ceremony but don't expect 100% welcome you took millions out of Rangers.

The only way I ever want to see McCoist back at Ibrox is if he is going to apologise to the fans for his greed and the fact that he was the worst ever manager at the club playing the worst football seen at Ibrox.

Thank God Warbs is now in charge rather than McCoist.

29 May 2016 21:54:36
Ally mccoist is a legend, anyone who says otherwise are deluded halfwits, same people who cry about our players leaving as well in 2012, no chance anyone could expect players like that to stay and play in the 3rd division.

29 May 2016 22:05:21
Ally was a legend still is guy took a job on that was not just a job kept the club together whether he took too much he saved his club and put his neck on the line. He was paid good but look where we've come from to now there where times where we thought it was over lucky to still have a club that looking good atm. He was sick at the end of it no man deserves abuse for giving 100% just didn't work whether he thought it was the wage he deserved who knows? Iif Rodgers is on 40 at Celtic what was ally worth he was a leader in a time of need.
