seen a few posts about rangers next sponsor and people getting upset about the Macron rumours.
just thinking could this possibly be to the fact that SD have deals with the likes of adidas and nike and we don't want SD having a way to sell any of our kits.

Sky Sports yesterday saying we are looking at Ryan Kent loan from liverpool. between us and leeds. he looks good runs at the defence and puts a shift in defending.

I couldn't believe it til I read it people saying Stevie g should go. He's not experienced.
This is the most hype around our team in years. They actually care.
If u watched the game on tv. U can see the teams negativity comes from the start with all the bad passes caused by the pitch and then it just grows on each other.
Livingstone tactic looks like they flood an astroturf pitch if you look at both sides of the game we were sliding and falling down, livi weren't. Could have been boot selection as livi would all wear gastro turf boots with extra grip.
But on a positive from yesterday. Read that Vienna sacked their manager and will be coming to Glasgow with just backroom coaches. as they want to appoint the right manager they will take their time. Which sounds like they are giving up on Europe already.

Who is wanting rid of Gerard not seen anyone on here wanting him to go. He has done a great job to get us into the Europa league group stages however it is a bit concerning that both Livingston and Motherwell have bullied us and Celtic beat us so easily. Let’s hope he can get it right and get us back to the top.

Supercooper your spot on, Stevie must be given to the end of his second season then we can see if he is of managerial potential. Personally I think we will have a better opinion of him end of this season tho.

Just thought i would post this as a lot of fans seem to be against Morelos, but also noticing the unfair treatment for referees and linesmen.
Morelos is lashing out as he isn't being protected by the referees or other officials. he is a young lad and doesn't want injured.
But no one is wondering why the club isn't going to the SFA for answers, this all happened before i'm sure Neil Lennon kicked it all off starting with Willie Collum not awarding them a penalty againts us. then again against hearts.
Then the referees went on strike as they were getting abuse at home and in the street, and new referees were sourced referees from other leagues.
at the end of the day, referees are there to officiate the match and protect the players. we can all say especially from last season with cardosos nose and the constant late tackles, and kicking at morelos the refs aren't doing their jobs.
the refs need to be brought up to the sfa by the club, because i for one would not want to see young middleton get injured as he is one of the best things to watch in our team. but scarily he runs straight at defenders and if refs aren't doing their jobs its an injury waiting to happen.

I think Morelos is being targeted by refs, . he's strong in every challenge, yet he has most decisions given against him. there's a definite agenda against him, .

Teams are deliberately winding him up as they know he will react. Referees are also not protecting him, if they did it would stop this tactic. He also has to learn to be much smarter and not allow himself to lash out or be petulant whilst also remaining strong on the ball . I love the wee guys drive, commitment and how he absolutely loves scoring goals for us! He's not the finished article by a long chalk, but he is young and will get better as he matures. I think we should just get behind him and enjoy him while we can! One day like Gattuso we will realise what we had!

I don't think he will be sold, Gerrard has stated he wants 3 in every position so the players compete for their places. that's 3 strikers now. 2 right backs, 4 centre halfs (5 if you include mccrorrie) 3 left wingers, 2 right wingers, 2 left backs ( if you include halliday) and i don't even want to try and count midfielders off the top of my head. i'm sure we have the americans that got offered contracts but haven't heard they signed yet. one of them is a right back.

i keep saying people asking for creative midfielders which i agree we do need if we keep trying to work the ball in the box. but when teams play like aberdeen so defensively we need to be hitting shots from distance, i haven't seen a rangers player score a good screamer of a goal outside the box since halliday in the championship. i just don't get why we don't try and shoot from distance when teams fortify and play rough.

i see a lot of these posts, i don't think were all too bad at the start but when we haven't scored we start getting panicked. The one thing i think we lack and i hopefully more people have noticed it. GERRARD is OUR MANAGER, why our midfield not hitting long range shots. gerrard was always one to just hit the ball when they couldn't break a team down and score. our team lacks people that take the chance. seen quite a few times arfield could have pulled a shot off but decides to pass and work it into box.

Gerrard stated he wanted to focus on all competitions. seems to me he wants rotation of players and good quality aswell. I think if we failed to qualify for Europe we would offload more.

ive not seen shankland, his names always thrown about. people are quick to shoot it down saying he's not good enough. look at jamie vardys story, i agree if its peanuts its worth a punt. could be 3rd choice, or what if he actually slots in perfect. my biggest negative from it is we have ryan hardie who has shown he can compete and score in the league. might not be the best striker in our club but he's training with livingston the now not us.

i think he will be a good signing. he can play at right back, he knows the league, and if everyone remembers gerrards comments at the start of the season the team was lacking in fitness. once gerrard gets him and and whatever other new signings up the same level no doubt he will be fantastic.
