Just read a piece from Naisy in the mail, no matter what anyone says he is the kind of player we're sorely lacking at Ibrox right now. The kind of player that thrives on games like today. Come on Rangers.

Rutherglenbear

1.) 30 Dec 2017 12:46:44
Agree 100%

2.) 30 Dec 2017 14:13:49
If naisy was on the left instead of windass or in a number 10 position instead of niko we would would have seen a different outcome, today someone like him was definitely the missing piece, or even a jamie murphy

3.) 30 Dec 2017 15:33:32
Would love Naisy back. Still so much to offer.

4.) 30 Dec 2017 17:22:50
Definitely the kind of player we need, as is Jamie Murphy. Biggest challenge though will be in keeping Tav and Wes for me though - both on top form this season and the Championship vultures are circling

Shame the likes of Pena, Alves and Herrera haven’t worked out, and hopefully the will find a new pasture in January.

I’d definitely cash in on Windas if a 7 figure offer comes in and recycle

5.) 31 Dec 2017 01:07:20
£1m for windass would be good business but the amount of players we let go for below value is beyond belief. makes me want 2m for him

6.) 31 Dec 2017 17:31:44
Naismith isn’t the kind of player we need. He has done next to nothing over the past 2 years and has been out for ages with an injury. We don’t need older players with long term recent injuries back at the club.

7.) 01 Jan 2018 00:00:16
Naismith instead of niko would have made a difference- defo. We can't have too many good players

09 Nov 2017 08:44:32
Gio van Bronckhorst now 2nd favourite for the job, anyone any clue where that's came from?

Rutherglenbear

1.) 10 Nov 2017 06:22:35
Site's like this mate. It grows arms and legs before bookies pick up on it, realise it's a rumour and attempt to cash in on bets.

27 Sep 2017 16:10:41
Kenny is the leak. Believe me or not the facts add up. I've heard from a reliable source that he hates Caixinha's attitude/ methods and says his tacticts are next to non existent, he's been mouthing off at the rangers legends golf day to a couple of people about it. He's also good friends with oor pal Keith from the Rhebel.

Rutherglenbear

1.) 27 Sep 2017 16:54:26
Miller? Don't talk rubbish.
He is the most pro player in the team and wouldn't say a bad word about rangers.
Only 2 week ago he was digging up moh for bad mouthing pedro.
Sorry just not true mate.
Your sorce talks rubbish

2.) 27 Sep 2017 17:10:38
Probably PC himself to play the victim when it all goes tits up. The players were against me boohoo paul le guen ring any bells. Just get him out soon before it gets even worse or they will all be loaned out or starting at 6am with the wee boys.

3.) 27 Sep 2017 17:13:15
read today he apparently told pedro to eff off when he was subbed against thistle? i can believe it rutherglen mate, toys out the pram that he isn't the main man anymore.

4.) 27 Sep 2017 18:02:12
Kenny Miller defended caixchea after ohalleron slated him.

5.) 27 Sep 2017 20:41:24
The source for the record article is the rangers observer article they ripped out and twisted.

No mystery here.

6.) 28 Sep 2017 02:29:09
I agree with that it could be him watch him when pedro squares up to broony he just hides away. we need to get rid of the dressing room rat and start fighting for each other.

7.) 28 Sep 2017 08:06:25
For goodness sake lads get a grip and let's get behind the manager.

8.) 28 Sep 2017 09:19:19
Well said bankie. need more like you.

9.) 28 Sep 2017 10:52:10
my comment was actually coming from the side of supporting pedro bankie mate. if someone is undermining him then he needs the boot. on reflection campbells comment is (hopefully) the more likely scenario. a lot of enemies outside the club that like to use us as their source of shifting papers. so quite right that is all the more reason for us to stick together!

22 Jul 2017 19:53:20
Jzer posted about a friendly v Watford a few days ago and got a torrid time, there it's just been announced. Some people are too quick to jump down peoples throats on here at times :)

Rutherglenbear

1.) 22 Jul 2017 20:54:59
Puts you off posting sometimes mate! Not that I can't take a bit of flak but just the way some dismiss anything that's said with backing up their reasoning

2.) 22 Jul 2017 21:28:25
Exactly. As well as result today will maybe stop our fans shouting for pedros head

3.) 22 Jul 2017 21:32:41
Aye a real torrid time, people hit that nasty unbelievable button. Hope he didn't go top himself.

4.) 22 Jul 2017 23:52:08
He got slated even though it was in the paper days ago

19 Jul 2017 15:14:18
Seen Ibrox Noise reporting interest in Jamie Murphy, anyone any clue where that's came from as it's the first i've heard of it. Also, thoughts if it's true?

Rutherglenbear

1.) 19 Jul 2017 16:32:50
Cracking player would be a great signing but really can't see him being available

2.) 19 Jul 2017 16:39:19
SSN mentioned it couple of days ago us the rotten mob and a couple of championship teams in for him £4M transfer fee was mentioned think its a non starter tbh

3.) 19 Jul 2017 17:37:26
Murphy at 4m seems to much imo! If we did have that sort of money left for Transfers especially after bringing in Walker I would be very surprised.
Now that Europe is gone any Transfers do not need to be concluded as quickly as we first thought.
I want to know peoples honest opinion. Not on how much Walker is worth BUT do we think that Budge will really let 500-600k slip through the Clubs fingers? IMO getting Walker Today for 1m or waiting 2-3 weeks and getting him for 40-50% cheaper plus the lad isn't sitting on his ass he'll be 100% match fit when he arrives.
Be interesting to see what kind of business Hearts do over the next 2 weeks? If they do ANY business the chances of us getting Walker for 5-600k looks good.
Opinions. Will Hearts knock back our original bid?
Could and should we go no higher than 500k.
Could we loan them O'halloran with Hearts paying the majority of Wages! Say they pay 65% of a 7k a week Player which is what I've heard he's on! SO that's around £210k, leaving us with around £130k! Don't know if Hearts would/ could or want to meet that? But we could adjust figure for Walker to suit.
Anyways I truly believe that the table will turn and Hearts will come back to table and accept 500k and we SHOULD play the waiting game. Who not only agrees but thinks that we could end up holding the cards over this deal as it could come down to 500k OR LESS :) or absolutely F#@K ALL! for those greedy Tarts.

4.) 19 Jul 2017 18:02:33
Brighton have just been promoted to the EPL. can't see it to be honest guys . done well down there he won't be in a hurry to leave

5.) 19 Jul 2017 21:20:59
Murphy would do a job for us but if we are unable to match Hearts transfer fee for Walker there is no chance of us getting Murphy- but he would be a quality addition.
A less expensive option would be Cadden from Motherwell and also Walker.

6.) 19 Jul 2017 22:57:59
I don't really think it's that we 'can't' match Walkers fee. Its that we shouldn't be paying 1m for a Hearts player within a year of finishing his current contract. McKay left for half a milllion. Walker isn't worth much more than that with a year left.

7.) 20 Jul 2017 14:26:21
Well it could be a great signing but do u think Pedro is now doubting the chance to get 3 more in as the kb just keeps happening.

8.) 21 Jul 2017 00:57:51
Mika from Sunderland would replace him

9.) 21 Jul 2017 04:31:34
Muprhy is cracking, very consistent always running and can deliver a cross

10.) 21 Jul 2017 13:23:49
Andy1872

What makes you think Hearts would automatically want MOH?

11.) 21 Jul 2017 14:27:18
Remember reading something about the possibility of O'halloran going to Hearts amidst the whole saga of us trying to get Walker and its stuck. I suppose I am just desperate to see Walker arrive AND offload some Players.

11 Apr 2018 17:40:54
I'm not usually one for being cynical although I do find it strange we've been given the top 3 clubs away, two of which back to back to finish the season. Anyone know the last time a club had to finish a season with 2 away games in the top flight? 2007/ 08 I believe and guess what, it was Rangers again.

Rutherglenbear

1.) 11 Apr 2018 17:50:22
Don't you find it strange then that you were given the top 4 teams at home in first round of fixtures this season? Remember you'll still only visited three of top five twice when league ends.

2.) 11 Apr 2018 20:14:11
To be honest I don’t understand the split fixtures like most people? But Lennon was moaning about coming to Ibrox 3 times and now with them in the mix for 2nd place it’s now the Jambos coming 3 times as they have nothing to play for? #PARANOID!

3.) 12 Apr 2018 11:22:35
@jim1972 - as part of tube unwashed you need to deal in facts. It was because Tynecastle was being reconstructed. Don't let your paranoia get in the wasy of the truth.
P.S. you do realise that Celtic have had more home to away game ratio than any other team?

4.) 12 Apr 2018 15:38:17
@uj it's fair to say most of what you say is garbage and this is no different. Hearts asked for their first few matches to be played away from home due to reconstruction at tynecastle yes. But that doesn't account for the fact you were given the 4 biggest clubs at home in fixture schedule. It's only the newco fans that mentioned paranoia in this thread previously. 🤔 I was only pointing out to rutherglen bear that cynicism can be seen both ways but you probably haven't evolved enough to notice that. 😴

Hi guys,

I'm flying out to Thailand for 3 weeks on the 20th of April so sadly missing the game at the piggery. I'll be in Bangkok on the 22nd, does anyone know any Rangers bars out that way? Any help would be much appreciated.

Rutherglenbear

1.) 16 Mar 2018 13:02:25

2.) 16 Mar 2018 19:24:34

3.) 17 Mar 2018 10:08:59
Cheers mate! You have a good one too.

21 Feb 2018 14:51:31
So Rossiter out for a month, Dorrans possibly longer and worst of all Mccrorie is a minimum of 3-4 more weeks as he's not healing as expected.

Rutherglenbear

1.) 21 Feb 2018 16:34:15
So I see Mcrorie another three four weeks at least. I did say 3 month minimum when they were in Florida and was slaughtered on here.
Three four weeks is before he trains, still can’t kick a ball so won’t play till after split if match fit

2.) 21 Feb 2018 19:16:08
Any news on Jack’s recovery and fitness status?

3.) 21 Feb 2018 19:44:06
Think he's out pretty much the rest of the season mate, I might be wrong there though.

4.) 21 Feb 2018 20:00:33
Supposedly jack will be lucky if he's back for pre season dorrans end of march april

5.) 21 Feb 2018 21:57:31
Looks like we will have to manage with what we’ve got until the end of the season although it would be good to get some guys back for the post split fixtures in case of loss of form or fitness from anyone!

Maybe a chance for Andy Dallas or Steven Kelly if any more get injured?

6.) 21 Feb 2018 22:25:08
Plenty in midfield, Kelly might see bench if more injuries.
Heard mccrorie to get operation in London on Monday

7.) 21 Feb 2018 23:21:14
When is Rossiter's contract up?

8.) 21 Feb 2018 23:29:35
McCrorie injury isn’t progressing as expected. In 3 to 4 weeks he will be re assessed and possibility he may need an op which could put him out for most of this season.

9.) 22 Feb 2018 08:47:33
Calvin 55 Rossiter signed up for 4 years in May 2016.If you're suggesting paying him off sounds like a lot of money. Would have to get fit before we can sell him and if (big if! ) he can get fit and. stay fit wouldn't you want to keep him?

10.) 22 Feb 2018 09:52:39
Sad though it is for Rossiter, the lad is clearly injury prone. Wouldn't the club's insurance policies cover the wages we have to pay for someone who has hardly kicked a ball because of injury? Tough too on McCrorie, Dorrans and Jack which makes the astute signing we made in January even more impressive. I'm sure that Docherty, Murphy and Goss will do just as well on the run-in and Cummings was also a good signing. Hopefully we can get the aforementioned injured players back and fit for next season, though I do feel Rossiter's time as a Ranges player should now be ended.

11.) 22 Feb 2018 10:10:55
Liverpool Ger no I wasn't suggesting paying him off rather I was suggesting not renewing his contract. If a player is constantly injured for the best part of 2 years then there is something seriously wrong!

12.) 22 Feb 2018 14:01:21
Fair enough Calvin but let's hope that he gets fit sooner rather later otherwise we'll be wasting our money for another 2 seasons. I think if he can get fit he could prove an excellent player for us and then maybe we will want to renew his contract. To my mind given its another 2 seasons what choice do we have but hope for the best.

29 Sep 2017 11:39:45
So with Kenny being the leak he deserves to be dropped to the reserves, regardless of what he thinks of the manager he shouldn't be doing that. However Pedro still has to go, he's completely lost the dressing room and is not the man to lead us forward as many of us have known for months. His win ratio is the same with us as it has been everywhere else, a bang average manager. Who knows what half the board seen to invest this much in him.

Rutherglenbear

1.) 29 Sep 2017 11:57:40
How is kenny the leak? Tell us your knowledge. I don't think miller is the leak but he did play for them before, haha.

29 Sep 2017 09:49:28
Shoot me down but didn't i call this days ago? Something has happened for Miller to get not just dropped but "banished to train with the youths". Sour grapes for being dropped and ran to the media. Pedro has found out.

Rutherglenbear

1.) 29 Sep 2017 11:45:08
if its true kenny went to the media then he shouldn't be any where near ibrox as we don't exactly have a great relationship with any of them

Yeah seems like we've waited until Bruno exit confirmed and then put our bid in. Smarter in the transfer market this year.

He's "happy at ibrox" or would "prefer a loan in Europe" - AKA he knows nobody else will pay him close to what we currently are, annoying we're lumped with people like him!

McBurnie is surely a no-brainer, frightening form atm in the Championship down south and I believe he's out of contract at the end of the season? Doesn't hide the fact he's a massive fan, that plus his good friendship with Cumdog surely means it's a win for everyone involved.
