Im unsure about this Pena deal. I'd prefer Dorrans and Jack as our midfield two next year. hopefully Rossiter will fit in there somewhere as well.
Alves will be a good signing if it comes off but the one I really want is the Cardoso. hopefully get both and the defence will be in much better shape.
good start to the closed season if we get these deals done early and then we can start offloading the players who are clearly not good enough like holt, halliday, Kiernan and ohalloran.
I think Garner and Dodoo should be given another year to prove them selves.

I wouldn't get rid of Holt, he isn't good enough for our first team but as a squad player he is decent and gives everything on the pitch.
I think when they don't expect the smallest guy in the squad to do the tackling he might be even better. I'd keep him defo.

A lot depends on the quality of players brought in on free transfers and for £450k / £500k.
If we secure the Portuguese centre back + Alves, and the Mexican attacking midfield player + the two Hearts players and the boy from Aberdeen and a striker + Weiss, and offload McKay, Halliday, Kiernan, Waghorn and Hodson then we should have a decent quality team for next season

Tails 1873, Because Hodson is not good enough. He is a mediocre defender and non existent as an attacking fullback. Assuming we sign Patterson and retain Tavernier we have two better right backs and with Wallace and the young lad we have two good left backs. Better that we cash in on Hodson and use the money for positions we need.
If we sell Tavernier for £1.25m then we can most likely acquire a good back up player for less than what we can get for Hodson.

Never let the team down anytime I'v seen him, I'd say tavernier has let us down more by nt being where he's meant to be at times, I'd get rid of tavernier and keep hodson. i like my defenders to defend, something sadly lacking this season, just my humble opinion

If Hodson wasn't an Ulster man he would not be rated. He isn't that great a defender. If we can get a dent price for him then it will be an excellent deal for Rangers.

Bears. I would be happy if we brought in 5 quality players Alves Jack Weiss a striker and either another defender or midfielder. If any loans or freebies come fair enough but money spent on at least 4-5 players and I know Jack is a freebie so any morr of that quality then fine although I don't really want Caixinha to go for any more SPFL players maybe Moult or Boyce edpecially if players go other way. don't think Henegin is good enough but whoever Caixinha brings in I will support 100% and I think most will we must give the man a chance. WWould like to see Knox Gauld coming to Ibrox.

Welcome to rangers Bruno alves I'm glad rangers are finally starting to sign a higher calibre of players and the players we are being heavily linked with are of a decent standard I think the board finally realises rangers won't be back to a more recognizable rangers until they spend some cash as for the Celtic fans saying we have no cash if rangers are shelling out 1m or 2m for players that's hardly being skint all through I'd like to know where the money is coming from myself if these deals are successful anyway it sounds like rangers have an exciting season ahead I can't wait to get started for 2017/ 2018.
