The game against Kilmarnock is huge for Pedro - they will probably come out and play a similar way to well at the weekend and if Pedro can't prove he can switch it up and change tactics to deal with this sort of opposition then I think it will be his last game in charge.

Hoping for a win and at home to Killie nothing less will do.

If we bring in Cummings and Docherty it will be an excellent window for us.

Two real prospects and exactly the market we should be looking into. Too many fans still wanting laudrops etc we have to buy youngsters develop them and sell them on for big profits it keep them for as long as possible if good enough. Think murty and DOF seem to know what they are doing.

Mciness, big sam, wright or o, Neill. Would take any of them but are they as good a manager as Brenda?

They are not but they are certainly a lot better then Pedro and I couldn't imagine any of there teams going out without a fight like we have many times under pedro.

If we seriously want to challenge we would have to take a risk in someone like Bilic or Ranieri but no chance we can afford it and it could go either way with them.

Slightly worried with Murty in charge and would not fancy him in charge to long.

To he fair anything will be an improvement in Pedro surely, would take Mile Bassett over him lol.

Pedro must realise that the Mexicans were a mistake. Its almost as if he is too stubborn to take pena out the team somehow believing he will become a player. Don't get me wrong I don't think he is as bad as some people make out but, just like so many others foreigners, he just can't hack it in scotland.

I think we need to try get rid of them as quickly as possible and recoup some of the transfer money which we paid for them.

Moult and walker are a must, and now I can see us missing out on moult to a championship side.

We are a better team than last year but I would have expected to be much better than we are after 8mil spent. Its 2 steps forward 1 step back at the moment.

I'm split over wether we should get rid of Pedro or give him until the end of the season - we can see signs of improvement and we are scoring much more than last season and possibly with time we can get stronger but on the other hand we can't go up against Celtic 4 or 5 tomes this season and just roll over for them. We need fight and grit.

Kevin Thomson and Ferguson type players who not only put themselves in about it they also encourage and shout at other players for going in half hearted or not turning up.

Your right we are better than last year and playing in some matches good football. Rossiter would have added bite in that midfield and needs a spot in place of jack or Dorrans when he is back fit. Dorrans can then play as a 10 as Pena isn’t interested. It does not make him a bad player just not suited to our game as a few are finding out. Pedro can see a player. See he is good technically or score goals. What he can’t see is if the game in Scotland suits the player. All manager make errors in judgement Pedro just seems to be centre of attention at Scotland’s biggest club. Give him time. See who we get in January as I believe there is a team there. Just need to fill the voids that are clearly empty at the min.

spot on oz blue - the Mexicans have been a mistake and a few other signings as well. By the looks of it, could take them all a long time to get up to intensity of SPL. if at all

I would bite your hand off for leaders in our dressing room
like ferguson or thomson but we’ve seen what happens to strong characters like miller who speak out about standards at our club.

i’m worried and think Moult will get snapped up by another team now - we’ve dithered too long

Terrible result for us and again worrying that we can't rise to the occasion. Pedro's record in the "big" games has been dreadful and can't see it improving. Why we didn't sign moult is crazy if Pedro couldn't see him doing a job for us.

Motherwell will probs give them a better game in the final than we would to be fair.

Need to shake it off and bounce back against Killie.

Yeah Motherwell will give them a better game in the final although I expect them to lose. Hibs gave them a better game too. This current team are scared of them and would rather not lose heavily than try and win. The team is full of half hearted cowards who throw in the towel too easily. There is a weak mentality throughout the team

Couple of good away performances and results on the bounce - a slight buzz is starting to come back! Massive game for us against Motherwell hopefully another good result. They will make it difficult for us and get stuck right I but I can see us coming away with a 3-1 victory. Dorrans, Candeias and big Alves with the goals.

It’s going to be a tough match and Mwell will be as aggressive as the ref let's them. I just hope we match it in the right way like we did against St Johnstone. Can see there being a few goals in this match. Morelos to out score Moult and a 3-2 win

Its not a must but I think Windass has had his time he is not good enough we need someone to neutralise cadden of Motherwell so we either play mccrorie at left back and put john forward or leave john at left back and play Holt on the left he is a better player than Windass if you can't see that your blind.

The next 4 games are crucial. Two away games against teams around us and the semi final must win them all and then we can surely push on from there.

We have been scoring goals this season which is the main difference from last season, if we tighten up at the back we can be a good side.
