Can't believe our 'supporters ' slagging off Warburton and Tavernier.
MW makes a valid comment backed up with a detailed opinion. Our fickle fans eat up what the wannabe journalists feed.
JT has been the best attacking right back since Garry Stevens. His defence could be better, but let's not forget this team has only conceded 20 goals in 30 odd games. His goals, attacks have saved our bacon on many occasions.
Let's bench the current squad and replace them with our u20s shall we?

Decee- I would also like to see Law in the starting 11 as I said in an earlier post he is good offensively and defensively and can score the odd goal.

He doesn't tackle so don't know how he is good defensively😂.

Yes. Now that's headlines we want and a team, "proud to wear the colour blue."

Allowing guys like Gallacher and Mcgregor to move on to rivals is another example of Warburton class. He has had time to conclude that they would barely feature in his squad. He seems to appreciate the boys careers are more important than being a petty goon and refusing them moves to close competitors. Bravo Warburton, bravo.

Do you honestly think that Warburton had any choice in the matter? The wage bill needs to be reduced.

2.) 26 Aug 2015 12:40:30
Abhabh the only reason the wage bill is being reduced is to bring in better player with the money saved.

3.) 26 Aug 2015 12:46:56
Of course he had a choice, McGregor had clearly not done enough to impress in training. McGregor can't deal with cross balls, the amount of goals we conceded last year from crossed balls or corners which he failed to deal with, no doubt McCoist handed him a bumper contract, so why would Warburton want a high earner who is 4 place CB. he's 30 years old and has come back from 2 career threatening knee injuries. It was mutually beneficial to both parties to tear up the contract. It's the biggest sign yet of how far the team have come under Warburton that our best player of last season (which by the way should have been Wallace)can't even get a sniff.

Good luck to Mcgregor. One of the very few decent players that our previous management signed. Not a massive loss so no need to lose sleep over it. What's our cover for right back like?

Nipponbear,iMessage sure mw knows what he is doing ,iMessage sure more will leave, and more will come in before the window closes, apart from that there are still some youngsters waiting in the wings.

Totally agree Billy. This season will have its downs also but i'm very confident of promotion and decent cup runs.

Just because they were ex-players doesn't mean they necessarily have an eye for players.

I'm quite happy with the lot we have got. Maybe a more defensive minded midfielder , but I am no manager.
I'm sure Warburton has a better idea what Rangers need.

Good player but not the be all and end all.
Would of been nice if we had him last year instead of Hutton.

Either Wabara wanted an exorbitant salary we can't afford ( and shouldn't be paying) or he just didn't fit the mould. Can't say that I have ever seen him play nor had I ever heard of him before the trial, so can't comment if he is any good or not. At least we are properly running an eye over these players unlike signing guys like Peralta or Mervan Cellic after watching youtube clips!

The internet failed when I was sending this before so I don't know if the initial reply sent or not? Can't think of any specific Gers bar in Bangers, but there are several in Pattaya, Hua Hin and the main islands. There are loads of decent sports bars along sukhumvit and around lumpini park and, although more seedier, the surroundings of nana plaza has several air con bars with many screens. The waitpersons are happy to flick through to find your matches. Traffic in and out of Bangers during new year is a nightmare so take this in consideration if you have flights to catch. Hope you and your family have a nice holiday! }

3-0 and greater possession may not be a humping but give credit when due FFS
