Mcinnes confirmed tonight. Very good source. John Gilligan a family friend

Ordinarily, McInnes would be an OK managerial appointment, without getting overly excited about it, but add a £1.5m transfer fee and there's no way we should be going there.

I'd rather up the ambitious and give that cash in wages to another manager.

2.) 01 Nov 2017 13:02:58
mols73 who would you give that money to and who do u think we can realistically get that will do well in the scottish game which is very different to what u would get in england .

brenda knew the game because he followed celtic for years we need a man that knows the league and what it takes and we will end up paying 1 million mcinnes will push for this move as he wants a chance to make a name for himself and i think he will if he gets the right backoom staff in place

Moult, Cummings, dorrans, Weiss IN
McKay, waghorn, MOH, forrester OUT

Also Halliday and Kiernan to go.

Couple CH required aswell. We need new faces, BIG TIME. But fear we have no money to pull of the above transfers.
10 in a row is looking very likely if king doesn't get his finger out

Hopefully he gives the youngsters a chance and build players around them with the experience. A few of the young players are looking promising which means people like Wallace need to go.

2.) 22 May 2017 17:57:47
Personally i'd like to see Cummings at ibrox. Think he can step up but in reality Lennon will be as difficult as Stubbs was with Scott Allan and the deal will never happen.

3.) 22 May 2017 18:08:53
short memories saying Wallace needs to go that man stood by us thick and thin and there's a lot of rangers fans ready to chuck him under a bus! Disgraceful

4.) 22 May 2017 18:32:47
End of the day mate we need to be better. We can't keep passengers, aye he stuck by and stayed loyal but we need to be better and he's just not there, if he stays then that means beerman loses out.

5.) 22 May 2017 18:39:05
Let Wallace go? y?

6.) 22 May 2017 18:41:56
He's just not good enough Tails1873, same with Tav. If it wasn't for Wallaces athleticism he wouldn't be at Rangers, he stands off his attacker and allows them to come into the box, Forrest shows him up mostly all the time he comes up against him, but he did have McKay not backing him up

7.) 22 May 2017 18:43:45
Wallace needs to go?

8.) 22 May 2017 19:03:04
Keep wallace.1 of oor better players. he's got a great engine and always on the overlap. whos going to come in and replace him fur peanuts. wee beerman sold the jerseys wae that daft penalty against the manky mob. he will come good but not 1st choice fur me

9.) 22 May 2017 19:22:25
Beerman is rubbish mate come on he was shown up in both celtic games and was luck not to be red carded he's to lightweight for out game at the moment. Wallace is our captain and is one of if not the best left back in scotland . How can u say he should go

10.) 22 May 2017 19:36:11
Disagree with u daddyprso

11.) 22 May 2017 19:44:31
Pedro is using this period as an opportunity to assess as many members of the squad as possible. This is the reason the youngsters have gotten a chance. Pedro has already explained this and stated that these younger boys will be squad players next season who will only be called upon if the needed by virtue of injuries or suspension. Yes it's great that they're getting a chance but Pedro clearly has a lot better signings lined up.

12.) 22 May 2017 20:33:27
Wallace best left back in scotland couldn't lace Tierneys boots

13.) 22 May 2017 20:41:18
Beerman not good enough yet.

14.) 22 May 2017 20:48:57
Agree Wallace isn't good enough for us, tav never tight to his man when crosses come in back post? HE always gets the stick when in reality it's Wallace letting the crosses in as a full back your first job is to stopcock crosses coming in and he never does that

15.) 22 May 2017 20:52:37
Get rid of Waldo? Have a word with yourselves guys. Beerman and bates are not good enough and never will be. He was our best player at Wembley not so long ago v England. he's still one of the best full backs in the country with a fantastic engine and has the experience we badly need. Yet some on here want to hunt him!

16.) 22 May 2017 21:33:45
Neither Wallace or Tavernier are good defensively and I would say that Wallace is worse than Tavernier. Both are good going forward but if we can find better then we should do and we would certainly be able to get a transfer fee for both. I would like to see a Porini type or a Gary Stevens type

17.) 22 May 2017 21:41:08
So how can Beerman get better if he doesn't get playing time? He's 18 years old. Aye he caused the penalty but that's just inexperience and a mistake, which he will learn from, he's a player that wants to play football. And Wallace is not a captain, he's got the armband due to hm staying with the team and being loyal, Halliday had it a few times also? should we stick with him?

18.) 22 May 2017 22:26:07
Wallace is most overrated player at ibrox.
He can't defend and always gets caught far too heasy that up pitch.
Tav gets slated for it, Wallace gets away with because he stayed for the journey time for him to go.

19.) 22 May 2017 22:37:07
Totally agree with you GANNET10, people think we're all against him cause we want to better our club. He has did a great service to our club and will be remembered but time to move on if we want to improve the squad.

20.) 23 May 2017 09:53:38
we have a lot more positions in the team to worry about. the only positions we are reasonable strong are left back and goalkeeper. Every other position needs players to come in and be first teamers.

Personally I think we need two defenders, a right back, two midfielders and a right winger. That's just the minimum. Then we will also need a left winger if Mckay does leave and also replace any other player we can sell or move on.

I hoping garner can come good if we play to his strengths.

21.) 23 May 2017 18:29:21
Our captain lee wallace needs to go you say daddyPrso! Behave yourself! Lee wallace stuck by us and i like probably the majority of rangers fans will most certainly stick by him! He's still only 29 and a very good left back, into the bargain! No chance will wallace be sold, rightly so!

22.) 23 May 2017 18:35:50
End of the day mate we need to be better, we can't be having passengers and we all know what wallace has done for us but him staying means Beerman will lose out in his position, instead of improving. (Replied but it never sent just incase two replies pop up)

Reporter from Mexico saying that Pedro interested in signing Jose abello and Carlos from santos lagunes.
Just putting out there what I've seen on twitter. Reporters twitter name is @rafadato2

Carlos Izquierdoz signed a contract extension yesterday. putting an end to that rumour.

2.) 03 Apr 2017 14:31:58
Is that the same jose abello that's a columbian cartel boss?

3.) 03 Apr 2017 21:07:14
Abello is a right back he could replace tav who I get a feeling will join warbs at forest.

4.) 04 Apr 2017 18:40:33
we want better quality to replace what we have and i'm sorry but he isn't quality he is a scare from what i have seen.

Last ditch attempt to get moult in from Motherwell with ohallaron going the other way. Yes please........

MR-ROBOT

1.) 31 Jan 2017 22:11:04
Dont think so

2.) 31 Jan 2017 23:15:05
Aye okay mate cause motherwell could afford o'hallorans salary no problem he's on ruffly 5-6k week there highest wage will probably be about 2-3k a week so i doubt young mikey whos on 4 year contract with us will leave any time soon

3.) 31 Jan 2017 23:15:05

Barry mate your guessing on both counts. You have no idea of o'hallaron's wage or what Motherwell could offer. Just putting up what I saw on twitter from a journalist.
Least I don't pretend to have a source like some others.

GET NAISMITH IN PRONTO.

Has the quality needed

MR-ROBOT

1.) 12 Aug 2017 17:55:37
Sorry but that referee was shocking today the worse I've seen for a long time . he might as well pulled a green jersey on . bizarre sending off and not sending stokes off for headlock bizarre

2.) 12 Aug 2017 21:22:01
O'halloran 3 goals for st Johnstone what position are they playing him .

Was it not 2 goals and he missed a pen for his hat trick?

Formation going forward for me HAS to be 3-5-2

Fod

MR-ROBOT

1.) 06 Jul 2017 15:51:05
eventually someone agrees. for sure must be 352. 442 would be a disaster

2.) 06 Jul 2017 16:30:39
If we are going play 352 then we certainly need a new wing backs as tav and wallace are not good enough as for 442 i would say with current players pena jack in middle pena is a box to midfielder and jack is more defence so certainly could work with 2 wingers supplying the front 2 and new left and right back who can defend so certainly wouldn't be disaster if we done 442 or 352 as long as defence tighted up

22 Jun 2017 09:32:17
I still think we should try and get Naismith back at the gers. He is a no risk signing.
We know he will bang in goals and will assist plenty.
While I'm excited about new signings morales and Herrera they are unknowns in the U. K. An we don't know if they will handle it.
No one agree?

MR-ROBOT

1.) 22 Jun 2017 12:07:06
To be fair even with the way he left the club he is a better olayer than he was when he left and i'd have him back. U know your going to get a good shift outta him

12 Jun 2017 13:33:49
Dorrans in and naismith in would be fantastic business for the upcoming season. Get rid of a few stragglers and see where we end up.
Not far behind that other lot would be my guess.

MR-ROBOT

1.) 12 Jun 2017 14:28:38
Naismith won't be coming in. Has commited his future to Norwich. My guess is Dorrans will be in this week.

2.) 12 Jun 2017 15:27:03
Didn't commit his future. Just gave the stock answer to a standard question. New manager, fresh start and all that nonsense. If we want him we could take him of their hands.
Would be a great addition

3.) 12 Jun 2017 15:49:05
naisy does want a move back here but we have already told him we can't meet his wage demands so he is staying put or at least that's whhat I've heard.

dorrans will have to do something in a rangers top before i rate him as highly as others but i am excited to see these players coming to the rangers

09 Jun 2017 10:23:21
Just my opinion but I think too many new players are being brought in at the one time. 4 / 5 max would've been plenty. But seems like Pedro is aiming for a whole new team.
And let's face it, we know nothing about any of these players. So as far as I'm concerned, ALL of them are a gamble.
Jack being the exception!

MR-ROBOT

{Ed039's Note - of course it is a gamble but the previous squad showed it wasn't good enough and it's probably a necessary evil in my opinion whereas I would usually agree that too many transfers are a bad thing on this occasion it's a necessity)

1.) 09 Jun 2017 11:04:47
Mr Robot, the fact that we, the fans, don't know much about these players does not make them a gamble. It's what our management team knows that counts.

A little different to Dutch period to Be honest. The de bore twins, Numan, van bronckhorst. All Dutch internationals at the time. With exception of Albers most of these players are being signed for their potential. Just my opinion 👍🏼
