Just heard from a good friend in Northants that Waghorn to Derby is just being finalised and and the final figure with add ons is 8m. we would be entitled 800k which would be a big help in getting the two players we need, personally I really felt there is better than Lafferty out there who could do the same job, maybe a bit more cash involved for someone a bit younger who we could sell on. I just think that looking at Lafferty I feel his goal scoring will decline instead of improve. But whatever SG decides I will support him like most of us will and get behind our Expre55.

1.) 31 Jul 2018 00:26:38
800k will be a big help paying the 500k legal bills our board made us liable for.

2.) 31 Jul 2018 00:31:15
Doubt we are relying on 800k sell on fee to get two deals over the line mate.

We’ve just offered the Man City boy a deal and he’s opted to stay put.

800k (if true) is obviously welcomed, but it’s not required to make our last two signings.

3.) 31 Jul 2018 01:17:00
We don't need to "sell on" every player. We need to build a winning team first and foremost.

4.) 31 Jul 2018 07:22:12
Didn't the man city guy not fail his medical.

5.) 31 Jul 2018 07:45:54
No The Sun reported it like it were a failed medical

The truth was the player didn't fancy staying in Scotland He was impressed with the setup and the size of the club but couldn't clinch a deal as didn't want to leave home.

6.) 31 Jul 2018 07:52:21
Buzultra- Says in this mornings papers that Waghorn is off to Middlesbrough .

7.) 31 Jul 2018 07:54:35
whilst i agree the club shd not pay over the odds for any player and if we have a valuation we shd stick to, but the bid (s) for lafferty seem strange as we are poles apart

if hertz value him 750k-1m, I just can’t see how bidding 200k or 300k will get him they won’t ‘budge’

i know most bears are split over lafferty which is fair enough but we definitely need another striker with sadiq not fit for another 2/ 3 wks leaves us only fredo and that ain’t enough

hope SG has other targets in mind as I see laff buds going same way as jamie walker - i’d throw in wallace to try and seal deal.

8.) 31 Jul 2018 09:00:52
Ryan Gauld wasn't paraded as a Sporting Lisbon first team player at the weekend there.

9.) 31 Jul 2018 09:57:44
IoM Steve Gerrard said lad did not want to come to us and wished to keep his options open. Gerrard said he was looking at other names we were scouting.

10.) 31 Jul 2018 22:15:57
Did you lot actualy read my post correctly, what I said was that the 800k would be a big help, meaning more money to add to what we may require to aquire two players, and secondly I did not say we have to sell on any players, what I said was we could buy a younger player than Lafferty and he would be able to sell on as he would not be 31 next month which Lafferty would be with no sell on if we wanted too. And what's with this let's have a go at one of our bears, I was only pas sing on a rumour, maybe we should change the page as you lot just like to hear your own rumours. He has not signed for anyone yet so let's wait and see.

11.) 01 Aug 2018 10:56:30
Yip buz we did read your post, did you? You said "we could sell on", Hence my reply, "we don't need to sell on every player". Meaning "sell on" should not always be a consideration with every player we sign.

12.) 01 Aug 2018 13:20:28
Who mentioned Ryan Gould?

09 May 2018 21:51:47
Well we have qualified for Europe no matter what hibs do on Sunday as the goal difference is too much for them to make up, so come away Motherwell in the cup final.

1.) 09 May 2018 21:57:44
Totally agree

2.) 09 May 2018 22:15:10
We still want to beat them and hope Aberdeen don’t pick up anything so we have a few more weeks prep for Europe. Not to mention the fact popcorn teeth would be even more raging

3.) 09 May 2018 23:27:48
Rangers good 26
Hibs good 16
Hibs win by a 6 clear Goals
Us good 20 Hivs 22. But we are going to win

4.) 10 May 2018 11:15:50
Regardless of whether we win, the tic are going to roll over and let Aberdeen win. there's no way they will let us finish 2nd. We should have won some of the 'easier' games and we wouldn't be in this position. Its our own doing and they will want to embarrass us.

5.) 10 May 2018 12:37:01
Brunkendastard. I don't see Celtic rolling over for Aberdeen. Rogers will want to be given the trophy with a last home win of the season. Esp after drawing at hone to Killie.

06 Jan 2018 14:26:16
Ok lads check out Brighton rumours, it is saying that Murphy to Rangers for 2m. 1m up front and another 1m add on etc, it is also stating that he will fly out to team up with rest of squad, meaning imo that this was a prior arrangement regarding the travelling. I don't think there is a problem with the signing, they are saying he passed a two part medical, and all is rosy for signing of contact.

1.) 06 Jan 2018 16:44:59
Latest rumour now that he is coming but only on loan with the option to buy at the end of the season. WTF Rangers

2.) 06 Jan 2018 16:58:55
I can exclusively reveal, that the "slight paperwork problem" is that your team have NO PAPER MONEY to give to Brighton lol

3.) 06 Jan 2018 17:20:31

You are a funny guy. Your talents are wasted here. Glad that your clever humour managed to elicit a "lol"from yourself.

4.) 06 Jan 2018 17:38:54
More interest in Rangers than his own mob.

5.) 06 Jan 2018 17:43:13
It looks like he is not far off the mark according to radio Clyde we haven't got the money to pay up front and are now looking at a loan till end of season with a view to buy when share issue has been completed now I don't know how much truth is in this but this stinks of Mcinnes all over again this board need to get a grip

6.) 06 Jan 2018 17:55:38
this will make us a laughing stock for 2 days the papers made out he had signed

7.) 06 Jan 2018 18:25:03
Get a grip! Did the Board ever state that we are buying Jamie Murphy? The only thing I have seen is Graeme Murty being confident that he will sign.

Negotiations are done in private. Do you really think that the board should give us a blow by blow account of transfer negotiations?

Some people have real thin skins. If you consider us to be a laughing stock, who gives a flying f***!

And all this talk of getting rid of the board? If anyone on here has substantial money and serious corporate experience, then get yourselves on to the board. I suspect that most of the negative posters have neither the resources nor the business acumen to run a window cleaning round, never mind a football club. That does not stop them coming on here and bleating like spoiled kids.

Grow up and lighten up!

8.) 06 Jan 2018 19:16:30
keep saying that and if we don't make europe becuase we are skint because the board made a complete balls up with 2 managers that has left us with a heap of dross. YES WELL DONE BOARD; ALSO YOU MENTIONED SKILLS IS THAT WHY KING HAS TO PAY 11 MILL GIVE US A BREAK

9.) 06 Jan 2018 20:31:57
If a deal hadn’t been agreed, he wouldn’t have had a medical, someone is only a Monday to Friday kinda guy and it will be sorted next week

10.) 06 Jan 2018 21:42:45
des, Dave King is an extremely successful businessman who has already written off around £20 million chasing the dream before Murray sold the club for a quid.

I would rather have King and the rest of the board pulling the strings than some shouty internet poster.

You complain and yet, when you are asked for an alternative you fail to put forward any cogent alternative.

King will only have to find the 11 million if people are stupid enough to sell their shares at less than market value. This has been explained many times.

11.) 07 Jan 2018 12:33:31
DK never lost £20 million. If you believe that then you will definitely believe anything.

The Jamie Murphy deal has worked out and there is an OPTION to buy? What if it's not first option and some other club comes in with ACTUAL money or Brighton decide to keep him? You can say that this can't happ en the sure way to ensure that was to buy him. He wanted to come Rangers wanted him no requirement for loan, deal agreed money agreed Rangers don't have enough loan hastily agreed. This is McInnes all over again it's just you can't loan managers from other clubs. It's completely well. .

12.) 07 Jan 2018 21:15:12
Orjanpersson i would like to see how much king has personally invested this time a lot of the investment has not been from him this time around.
He has already told a court he has no access to funds while promising the fans that there would be funds for new manager in jan so what one is it can not be both he either has funds or doesnt.

If he is that good a business man he would have knowing to not go over the freshold and he wouldn't have to have made this offer for shares witch i think a lot people couple end up taking this share offer as it will be there only chance to get money back on there investment rite now the shares are worthless we ain't on the market to trade shares and will not be any time soon so this is a out for some investers.

31 Dec 2017 00:43:07
We are one of the favourites to land Marcus McGuane on loan from Arsenal, DOF Mark Allen to have further talks with them this coming week. Man unt were keen on him back in August and he has played for Arsenal in Europe, looks like he has a bright future and has been tagged Wonderkid, AW wants him to get some first team football and looks like we may get him.

1.) 01 Jan 2018 11:26:49
What position does he play in? Is he a centre mid?

2.) 01 Jan 2018 11:41:40
Hopefully not another zelalem

3.) 01 Jan 2018 13:59:08
centre mid, meant to be a tough tackler. never heard of him personally but apparently napoli are sniffing about him too! could be interesting

05 Dec 2017 00:53:04
Hi fellow bears, this may not be anything, however a really close friend of mine who works in a very well known bookmaker has informed me that a punter walked in at around 6pm on Monday and placed a massive bet on Neil McCann becoming our manager, she said he was not local and that she had to clear the bet with her manager. I'm only passing this info on as I feel the bookies must be making some big money out of all this, but seemingly this guy never batted an eyelid handing thousands over.

1.) 05 Dec 2017 06:42:13
Thousands down the drain!

2.) 05 Dec 2017 08:44:08
The bookies would not take thousands on such a bet, you'd be lucky if they let you put £50 on it!

3.) 05 Dec 2017 09:31:07
Well he's lost his money and marbles then!

4.) 05 Dec 2017 10:29:00
No one is linking McCann with the job apart from the bookies. It’s going to be McInnes so we need to get behind him and the players.

5.) 05 Dec 2017 16:13:31
Mcann will be a decent manager in a couple of years maybe for a hearts or st johnstone but not rangers.

6.) 06 Dec 2017 08:12:33
Fodtheprophet, so you know how his life, learning and skills are going to develop? WOW!

I don't like slagging off lads who play for the Jersey, however how Worrell is even allowed to pull one on is beyond me, Trust me we won't win the league playing with guys like this, I am no expert and I'm no SG but there is something seriously wrong here, now we are 2-1 down and more defensive issues, and why play Defoe and Davis on that plastic pitch in their debut games at their age, one injury to either and that's it over for them. Apart from Goldston it should have been the team that beat Celtic.

1.) 23 Jan 2019 22:15:56
Every manager has a blind spot with a player. SG has one with Worral the boy Katic must feel like chuckin it. Still think manager is the man for the job but hope he has learned not to trust guys like Worral who imo is a big tree and will stop any chance we have of staying in the hunt for title.

2.) 23 Jan 2019 22:29:51
Ur bang on mate a posted a similar message point this out how can we see that but not SG?

19 Dec 2018 11:56:24
Hi all, and those lucky enough to be going to Easter Road tonight, enjoy yourselves and stay safe, this is a big test for the bears tonight and I think it will be close with a few goals scored I'm taking 3-2 the Gers.

Maybe Halliday and Coulibaly starting not sure how SG will try and snuff out the hibees. Mon the Gers. 55 is very close.

1.) 19 Dec 2018 16:34:54
Think he might put coulibally in instead of mccorrie 👍🏼.

2.) 19 Dec 2018 16:39:03
Nightshift tonight will get the first half on tv before I head out, then I'll be relying on updates. Massive.

3.) 19 Dec 2018 21:33:47
Tav awful again.

01 Dec 2018 00:16:45
Hi all Bros, was up in Dundee tonight and decided to go and watch the Dundee Vs Ayr Unt game, I was absolutely frozen but that Shankland cheered me up no end, scored 4 and ripped United to shreds who have was worth watching for that reason, this guy scores goals for fun, and would be a great back up for using no uncertain terms, there will be doubters but trust me this guy is good, as back up he would be an asset to any premier team, was magnificent to watch Shankland rip them to bits and we can do a lot worse than have him in our books.

1.) 01 Dec 2018 08:48:55
I would give him 1 without a doubt that boy has something.

2.) 01 Dec 2018 09:19:45
As ', back up'?
He might be happy playing every week, not cooling his jets as possibly 3rd or 4th choice?

3.) 01 Dec 2018 09:32:53
Sure nicky clark banged in 40 odd in that league for QOS. bring him in yeah but will b on bench behind Morelos and Lafferty. 3rd choice striker.

4.) 01 Dec 2018 11:59:57
Better 3rd choice than Sadiq that’s for sure.

5.) 01 Dec 2018 18:35:56
We'd prob get him for around 250k so its a low risk gamble. Why not👍.

6.) 01 Dec 2018 21:46:30
I am a family friend and thus am biased. His grandfather was a team-mate of mine for many years, and the boy is desperate to prove himself with us, so for a few quid why not take the chance.

7.) 01 Dec 2018 23:38:42
Was the boy not at Hummel Park for a week a wee while ago - i'm sure he was and no team can afford to overlook a young and upcoming striker - in my opinion he is well worth the watching and certainly going tbe right way -.

8.) 03 Dec 2018 13:52:08
Waste of money and a wage, if not bringing in someone to improve the team develop rudden Dallas mebube.

30 Aug 2018 15:12:46
1-0 the teddy bears.

25 Aug 2018 15:03:54
I see Chris Sutton blowing his trumpet again regarding Morelos doing one on Celtic, however I'm sure we are all aware of Muttons outburst, he is doing a bit of reverse phycology here, and it works in two ways, firstly they make sure Morelos can't do any damage and you know what I mean by that, secondly he is trying to lift their players attitudes by coming out with all this garbage, as he expects the players will say Oh one of our own are saying this and that so we will show him and them, Let's just hope the ref for the game is unbiased in any way and is 100% fair to both teams. Sutton hates Rangers and we all know why it eats away at him, Sutton, Brenda, players and fans are all crapping bricks at what's happening at Rangers. we will do our talking with our feet and not our mouths, roll on 55.

1.) 25 Aug 2018 19:00:07
I doubt any Celtic players are influenced by what Sutton says.

And I think your just around the corner William72, around the Darkside in the East End. No previous post Yet this cracker, wishful thinking on your part but I'm afraid Tav and Fredo are going nowhere, well not until they finish Sceltic off. Nice try tho, easy to spot a troll.

Bang on Doiger, top two making 24 teams and eight 3rd place teams from champions league making it the 32.Eufa knew what they were doing with that set up, just in case any big teams struggle and end up 3rd, give them another bite of the cherry, when your out of Europe, you should stay out, hit your not good enough to qualify hey Ho don't worry we will accommodate you in the Europa league, they actually get two chances, if they don't qualify for the Champions league in their last play off they drop into the europa league, if they do qualify and get gubbed and manage 3 points against some Diddy team they then finish 3rd and low and behold still in Europe, they could basically lose 5 matches get 3 points and go in the Europa, then take in to account they lose their last two qualifying play of games, they have then lost seven matches but can still go in the Europa. Makes pure sense eh. Sorry for going on, I just think when your out then your out.

Hollow55 you don't half talk Tom Kite, So Morelos is average, nd you would drive him to Brentford or Rotherham, tell you what put your money where your mouth is, I will bet you £50 which you can pay to a charity of my choosing, and say Morelos will leave us, it will be 14 million or more, and he will go to a top league club in whichever Country. And you should be supporting our players rather than wanting to drive them here and there. This young average player will be a really big star one day soon.

RH9,He is a professional footballer, he may have played against some diddy's but I'm sure when he played for his Country 6 times nd his last game against Turkey scoring the winner that he wasn't playing against diddy's. And I'm also sure SG would have checked everything out that there was to be checked including a wee chat with Baresic and Katic who know him well, instead of negativity why not support the manager and his decisions, let's all move forward and support our team and players, Manager and board because they are building something very special and Rangers and their supporters will be the benefactors of all this.

I'm not suggesting what you should do to get any Rangers games. however download Tap TV or Mobdro, works a treat for me.
