I support Rangers and Southampton (Dads from Govan but I grew up in Hampshire) you need to look at what Southampton are doing, buy low sell high and Rangers can do the same and still play Champions league football.
EPL team owners are mugs and will pay silly money for average players. Rangers just need good scouting and fans that don't demand 'marquee signings' as a 'statement of intent' because it's meaningless nonsense.

Mane 10 million
Tadic 16 million (I think)
There is a lot more development in a player within rangers price bracket of 0 to 1 million. The idea is right but takes alot.

If he goes to Chelsea he'll never play. Ryan Betrand, Daniel Sturridge, Oriol Romeu. All good young players that never got a chance.

Take it from a Southampton fan Osvaldo is a nightmare we lost millions. Punched the captain and did nothing on the pitch Barton's personality can be controlled Osvaldo's can't waste of space.

You don't need to lump it to up to Crouch he's a good footballer. Popular misconception.

Barton's not under any pressure now. Burnley were expected to be relegated while Rangers are expected to win every game no matter how limited the team. Barton couldn't take the pressure, he's under none now so he will be much happier.
