If his desire was questionable there's no chance he would have as many first team appearances. Plus stevie G knows the boy well so there's no way he would sanction the move if he thought he lacked desire. We will all judge for ourselves a think a lot of folk like you are saying this because they think he's going to be another ejaria. Give the guy a chance before slating him.

Just when i thought rumours cannot get any worse then this one comes up. what planet are you on joey barton is probably on the best part of 30 grand per week and has just been promoted to the premiership with burnley and will be staying with them next season more likely. if you are not going to have any sensible rumours may i suggest you find something better to do with your time. anyway ed on a different matter are you going to be watching the champions league final do you think that atletico can beat real madrid or could it be ronaldo's last game for real madrid and he will want to end it on a high. personally i hope atletico win it and also i hope ronaldo and bale stay at real next season.

Heard Zlatan interview saying he would love to play for Celtic before he finishes his career as he was taken aback by the atmosphere at Celtic Park, hopefully he has watched what has being happening recently and seen what real fans are all about .
Think he will end up in Glasgow but see him in EPL for at least a season .

I have heard the same rumour now from 3 different unrelated people from different parts of the uk! Frank Lampard being lined up as player manager for SPL return. This may be brought forward if a move to the U. S fails to materialise. Just like to know if anyone else has heard similar?

Nantes are 13 th in Ligue 1 and can afford to pay him more than 35k a week without bonuses. No euro pressure. No big team pressure. Not too much responsibility. Balloon at time of agm it was stated a group would be set up to look at a share issue which would start around March.
Thereafter it is proposed that Mr King would stand down and a new chairman would be selected.
I suspect we will see new chairman in post by end of May, there is really no hurry.
Also believe some major shareholders would be happy to see king see out season as chairman if we were to win league.
