So Michael beales team wer still bonding and gelling after 15 odd games and let's face it they never looked like they were playing a system they understood, so just for talking sake if new manager after a few games is not getting a tune out this squad are we going to throw toys out pram or believe in the project , people don't have magic wands we need to admit where we are and get a better manager in which is happening and support him and more importantly the players!

Whether it's philippe clement or kevin muscat, we need to give our manager time to rebuild our club ? We'll never get anywhere or achieve the status as the no.1 club in scotland again, if we keep shedding manager's every other year ? Whoever becomes our new manager has to be backed but given ample time to get us where we want to be Changing manager's willy nilly will never work/ achieve anything as we need stability and continuity ? This ripping it up and starting again has to stop and stop now! Good luck to whoever our new manager is ?.

We have many good players in our squad hopefully they kick on for Clement or muscat.

Stability can only happen if the manager performs.
Beale was well backed but it went t%ts up under his watch.
You can’t just hold onto a manager for stability’s sake.
It’s a results driven business.
Some fans are more tolerant than others. That’s just life.

SWS if you rewind to Beale appointment your comments re manager could just as easily be the same comments that applied to Beale! That failed miserably.

Well no Gazza because the new manager will still only have this pool of players to work with until January, by which time we will have injured players returning and be able to bring in fresh faces, so I don't see why a new manager would be unfairly judged until he has the chance to put his own stamp on the squad.

As long as there is progression shown I'll back it. If the club is stagnating then it's a no from me. How's about we get some entertaining football thrown in aswell? All to long it's been knicker ripping to watch.

No because bear has left a mess and manager will need at least two windows to sort it out.

I was disappointed in Beale. He was here before and so he knew what the club was all about, but the Manager's job was too much for him and that was obvious to every Rangers supporter. The new Manager, whoever he is, has won before and that makes a difference. The supporters will give him longer to start delivering. I've never seen either in front of the camera but whoever it is has to be better than Beale. I used to leave the room when he was being interviewed. What will he do with Lammers and Dessers? Will he get something out of them? That's the question for me. If he does, then Beale's time here hasn't been all bad.
