The league is far from over, but we are in worrying times. Beale has not learned from mistakes and transfers in #nd out haven't worked. If he has to go, then as a short term, maybe longer, option could be Neil Warnock. He has a track record of galvanising groups and getting the best out of average players (unfortunately that is what we have) . He is unlikely to take us far in Europe but domestically he would improve us. And quicker to pressure refs and VAR. I couldn't believe yesterday how we allowed ourselves to be conned by the Aberdeen players over and over again with noone getting in their faces. As we are, we need every advantage to win.

Take him on till season end or find the right manager which will take a while.
