Beale yet to deliver in a big game for us. One old firm win in a game that meant zero other than pride. Last season he got a pass because it’s not his team. This is now his team. These are his players. What’s his tactic? What’s the plan? The guy is well out his depth. I’ve tried to defend him time and time again but that Celtic team were poor today and we were so much worse. Time has come I just hope the board have the bottle to bin him. Back to coaching Mick you’ll never be a successful Rangers manager.

Beale is tactically inept. This current Rangers team has no style of play, no character, no chemistry and sadly no leaders on the park and its killing us every game. Teams miles off it bar Jack butland, we are playing like a team that has no confidence and no real game plan from week to week. Confidence comes from the manager he instills that into the team. Michael Beale couldn't change a light bulb without making an arse of it. Now we're in a place at the moment where things do not look positive and fans issues with Beale being appointed are being answered. I believe the board should act accordingly for where we are at as a club as the outlook is not positive. Rangers had a great chance today to make a statement on intent instead our weaknesses and chronic failures all over the park were clear to see they are shouting out at everyone connected with the club and that includes the board. Personally don't think the board will act hastily but they should be looking at future options of who can take this team which has talent and develop them into winners.

Despite Celtic having a weak defence, they still had a strong midfield and attack, we gave them a couple of chances and they took one of them.
We inexplicably sat off them in the first half and could create enough or take our chances in the second.
Also, that VAR was incredibly soft!

My only worry with getting shot of him, the compensation, the players he brought who are not working out on long contracts, and, who is available that could get a tune out of that squad.

His constant use off 4-3-3 is chronic you need quality players to do this which we don't have matondo is bang on poor what does desser need to do to get dropped. danilo sirna and lammers don't fill me with much hope they mankies were there for the taking today . like many on this forum I want everyone at Rangers to do well but beale definitely out of his depth with a club this size.
