The Silence is deafening. Surely something going on behind the scenes, if the vote had gone through no probs surely the media would be all over it. Has Ann Budge turned up with a baseball bat. Any 'Heart supporters on here, would be absolutely fizzing if you get relegated.

You can really see how the SFA have tried to force this through. Deadline of 5pm today was just what they requested and all the clubs actually have 28 days to think about it. Why would the SFA not want clubs to use the 28 days to scrutinise the plans.

Nothing to scrutinise its a pretty straightforward vote. Some clubs might not be around in 28 days and your team is one of them. So time is not on everyone's side here.

Accept the 9 and stay safe.

Well Rangers proposal was to release the cash just now and have more time to see how the situation unfolds before deciding the league.

Never mentioned anything about the 9 mate. I accept it's won but the consequences on those to be relegated or miss the chance of promotion/ playoffs based on thi, where the point margins are much closer deserves more scrutiny and consultation before decisions are made.

Everyone accepts football won't be played until end June at earliest and with Uefa due to make decisions then it makes sense to hold off.

@grumpy i don't need to be an expert on your clubs finances, a blind man can see how much your club needs the cash. Beg beg begging for money to be paid out.

@hoey I. don't think this will get better any time soon things need wrapped up quickly for clubs to survive.

Who said we where begging? . Rangers had the interests of the scottish game in mind not just our own club. Sick of supporters of other clubs thinking they know ours better. At least we stood up to be counted and gave another option.

if its such a straightforward vote why is the spfl scuttering about like snakes, changing rules etc, 5pm then 28 days, releasing votes when vote has not concluded, releasing names to the press to put pressure on said teams, sutton in papers saying whoever votes this down their heads are on the chopping blocks, what a muppet.
