If anyone says on here, after watching the first half an hour of our game against hamilton,
that we don't need a steven davis type in our midfield, then they honestly need their head looked! We've created absolutely nothing in midfield and katic has never passed to a blue jersey, all game!

totally agree super i would drive steve davis back up to ibrox myself the doubters have no clue if they think davis is not up to another stint up here, watching this game is absulute torture crap surface aside we just don't look up for it no drive or desire and i agree that katic has been awfull.

Absolutely shocking again today, Goldson and katic have been woeful the only 7s I would give today are McGregor and Kent for his go all the rest don't even deserve a 5. The away form is ridiculous and Gerrard better get his finger out, I would point out that the semi final is basically an away game so I wouldn't be holding my breath for a result there either, shocking.

I think we will be fine at Hampden. Big park with big support . What gets me is there doesn't seem to be any ball booting getting done in the away games. I've noticed at the away games the management are not out screaming at them like at ibrox. Players are going through the motions and don't seem to improve as the game goes on. Same bad play all game and have been dreadful .

Did we not win 4-1? Performance maybe wasn't the best but we scored 4 goals. Surely playing poorly and winning is a good thing?

Well I suppose you have a point there due to the support we will have at Hampton. Your right though, I don't understand why Goldson and Katic were allowed to send long aimless passes forward all day without being given a dressing down. Rositter after being out for so long should never have started an away game on a plastic pitch which you knew would be a tough sticky type of game. It's weird we won 4-1 but for me that only papers over such a poor performance nobody in midfield took ownership and responsibility to control the game and the overall passing was horrific Morelos and Kent really didn't get into the game and even when they did there was no imagination from anyone to make something happen. The positive is that we have taken the 3 points and got an away win but a better team would probably have cuffed us today.

Blue berry over the moon with the win but I think it again was a dreadful away performance which everyone is getting frustrated about. Anyway 9 points from next 3 games and a semi final win to look forward too. By the end of the year we will all be very happy with where we are in the league.

To be fair I posted that at 1 each and I wasn't particularly speaking about Morelos as he wasn't getting the ball and I can't really give someone a good rating if they havnt had the ball I am not saying he played badly I am saying we didn't get the ball to him enough, most of the time he gets the ball he uses it well so it's not Morelos and Kent I am getting at it. The point is the performances away from home are terrible nobody can disagree with that, yes we won today but your not going to be awarded 2 pens in a few mins in most away games, the level of performance was terrible we were lucky to win and of course the 3 points are the most important thing that performance was not a one off though, that's my worry plastic pitch or not. Just to add I like Morelos I think without him we lose so much from the team that's why I want to see him on the ball.

Guys on Davis, I think too old however, talking to a rangers player today at Hamilton he said he had heard Davis back to rangers for 800k, what Southampton paid.
Now that would be a bargain.

I really believe some people on here would return to Murty as manager with forrester, goss Martin etc.
Also those who now want bates instead of Katic the boy did not want to stay unless he got 7k a week.
Not at that standard yet, I wish him well and will take the development money when he leaves Germany.
