Steve Davis’s legs are as strong as ever, he is still playing EPL + captains NI, great asset to Rangers and according to media Stevie G wants him aboard. Ok he isn’t getting the minutes he’s used too but that’s down to that clown of a manager at Southampton Mark Hughes, he’ll be sacked soon and the next manager will maybe want to keep Davis? Ulsterman, i'm with you here mate! There's easily another good 3 years left in our ex captain, stevie davis!
He would still cruise it up here, in the scottish premiership! He still has a fantastic engine and is still a very high quality midfielder! Hope the rumours are true and steven gerrard does sign him for rangers, in january! Always have thought the world of stevie davis! Top professional, with terrific skill and a fantastic attitude! A good 3 years? don't talk single fish. Even if we got him in January, season will be nearly done by time he was upto speed. A 3yr contract on big wages with no sell on? Will tell you here and now, It won't happen.

Would be ok on a free with a 1 yr contract with options but other than that? No chance.

nobody said anything about a 3 year contract supercooper stated he thought he had 3 years left in him that's all nothing to do with a 3 year contract and big wages calm down.

Easy answer eh? If we sign steven davis, then for me he plays in our midfield, because guess what mate,
he's better than any midfielder, in his position, that we currently have!

No not really. 3 years ago maybe but not now the guys hardly played in 2 seasons. How many centre mids play till late 30s? Not many let's concentrate on getting a young squad no value in resigning steven Davis, as much as I loved him when he was here, as a poster above said we signed him January it would be nearly the end of season byou time he gothe up to speed.
