Rangers saw fit to give him the contract and he is well within his rights not to sign for anyone if it means a large cut in his money. He has done wrong so I don't get your point

If Parma can't afford him why is he demanding the pay up from us, I think we should keep him as it ain't going to save us money by letting him go to Parma! Then we won't need to go looking for another defender!

We will have to fork out a percentage of his wages and the percentage isbwhat the haggle is about. if we pay say 15 then we are still saving 15 approx

i totally agree with you guys on all replies to my post my main gripe is that he already got a years wages for doing nothing
now he will get to play in a league that's richer than ours for prob his last year and he won't go unless we pay half his wages u don't see many players coming are way doing the same

Molsgoals my point exactly why let him go and get another def in and his pay would be what 10 2 15.so we have a def here already how's most people play and will be more acustomed to the league!

This is nothing to do with how rich Serie A is, it is all to do with Parma not thinking he is worth his current wage and Rangers presumably paying over the odds for him in the first place.
