Just thought I'd give my view on what I think we need to do with some of the players for next season;
Goalkeepers = Sell Foderingham and get a few million for him. Have McGregor as No.1 with Robby McCrorie sent out on loan for another year and keep Alnwick as backup until Robby M is ready to challenge McGregor.
Defence = End Martin's loan. Sell Cardoso, Hodson, Alves and Wallace. And basically buy a whole new defence and do not play Ross McCrorie un defence. Bates contract ends.
Midfield = Sell Rossiter (unless he is able to get fit enough and Gerrard gets the best out of him), end Goss loan, sell Pena, sell Halliday, sell Dorrans (unless they play him as attacking midfielder), end Dalcio's loan (why was he even here?! )
Attackers = Sell Windass if we can get good money for him. Sell Dodoo. Sell Herrera. End Cummings loan (never good enough) . Sell O'Halloran. If we get a £10m offer for Morelos then take it. Miller contract ends.
I know it will be hard to actually sell these players but a big clearout is needed again!
For me the only players which are borderline good enough are;
Tavernier (only down to attacking ability), John (would still prefer taller left back), Jack, Candeias, Holt (squad player), Murphy, Docherty (has potential), Ross McCrorie (has potential) .

Big Col, I was with you right up to the £10 million for Morelos. Don't see bids for even half that tbh.

I agree with vast majority of this but would keep Cummings as a back up striker and would give Rossiter that last chance to get fit.

Big col. You can only sell players if teams come in for them and I doubt that many will and then at a low price. Players are valued on what they bring and with most of the squad being poor I'd hate to think what they would sell for

Lucky to get 3 mill for morelos mate and I actually like him. Hold up play is good but couldn't finish his dinner should be on about 40 if he could finish
