Just watched through the game on tv. You can all disagree but Morelos played a very good game and wait for it, Alves was everything you would want your centre half to be, totally dominated everything with his only mistake being his positioning for their 2nd goal, oh and may be a stupid foul late on. Cardosa over ran his cover of Goss for their winner and made it easy for the guy to score. Still can't believe we never won it.

I also watched the game for a second time on tv once I arrived home and Alves was one of our best players won every thing in the air loooked comfortable and never really put a foot wrong then when I looked on this sight last night people saying Alves not the answer needs to go absolute rubbish like that I was totally baffled.

Alves I'm not worried about. Thought he was OK. Cardosa is a joke centre half. No game time, whatever. Guy has been terrible. Bates went off and when he came on game changed. Celtic knew he was a leak link cause he is. Play anyone but him again.

I think it's even harsh to fault him for the second goal. Broon just lumped it forward, if cardiac had been watching alves dumbbell would have been 5 yards offside!

Sorry mate not buying. Cardosa should be getting his body in front of dembele. So he can clear or go down if touched. That's how you defend balls over the top.

Morelos misses too many sitters but I would say having watched the highlights on TV again that he was NOT OFFSIDE in the first half when through on goal. That was a crucial decision. I wonder if young Hardie would have missed that Morelos sitter on Sunday?
