Hi Bears. I'm pretty fed up with all the hype concerning McInnes. Yes, he's a not-bad manager but I just can't see him as the man to take us further. My particular preference would be to bring back Robbie Nielson from down south with Murty and KK as his back room team. Any thoughts?

To be honest Murty should get it before the two of them as he’s already proved more than once that he’s capable

Part of me is saying what a great shout Neilson is. Suprised he's not been mentioned.

Another part of me however is saying i'm unsure could be risky

To be honest i'm thinking every manager mentioned is risky. Just hope its no mccinness

Agreed as far as McInnes goes. Average coach with very little going for him i'm one of the poorest leagues in Europe. The rest? No.

MK Dons are 16th in League One, hardly a track record to make us want him at Ibrox. No way Jose!
