If Pedro were to be given the boot at the end of the season or whatever and I'm not for one minute saying he will as I can understand and see what he is trying to do with the team who would the fans realistically like to see replace him as I don't ever see the likes of Derek mcinnes becoming boss as I think the board are trying to think outside the box to bring more to the club and get us back on top as soon as possible but I really hope Pedro stays and is successful?

It will be mcleish who replaces him.

Maybe the board should think inside the box and not overlook the obvious. After all thinking outside the box with managers hasn't exaclty paid off for the board.

if it is mcleish who replaces him we can say goodbye to stopping ten in a row.
terrible manager and was good for rangers because he was left a worldclass team and scotland because walter had them flying before he came home the mcleish ****ed both with his own signings here and changed tactics in the scotland job.

he has never been a success in any other job.

McLeish did some job first time round. Some people have short memories. Should have been a shoe in for the job after MW. If we had given him 9 or 10 million we would be in a far better position, of that there is no doubt, in my mind at least

He won the league cup with birmingham but I do agree that he wouldn't be the answer in this scenario. If pedro doesn't work out we will need bring in a big name, no more experiments.

Why a big name?

As we have a new structure now at rangers in having a DOF in mark allen, if pedro were to leave as our manager, i think our former player and current feyenoord manager, giovanni van bronckhurst, would be a superb choice for us as manager/ head coach, working under mark allen! Our structure would suit gio to a 'T'! What do other fellow bears think and what's your take on this possibility ED?

{Ed039's Note - it's not a possibility mate, he is a very highly regarded coach and wouldn't be short of offers if he were to leave Feyenoord)
