The problem pedro has got is he won't get time to build a decent team, the guys had one transfer window and had to replace a full team, it would be crazy to sack him now, then we have to start all over again, new managers want their own players, so what happens if the next manager doesn't get instant success, do we sack him, then repeat the process, give pedro at least 3 transfer windows, let's give the club our support, because everybody else hopes he fails, stay strong guys.

Far too sensible a post Delboy. I read a lot of comment on here and come aware drunk from a mixture of bewilderment and negativity. He's had one window to gel his side. I read on here somewhere that a certain poster would be happy now that Pedro was losing big games and his "points would be proven" I sincerely hope that's not the case. However I will stick my neck out here and say. I don't think the lad Pena has it. I don't think he seems interested enough. He's had a sustained period of time to get match fit and integrate and I don't think it appears he has done so. However his goal against the jags was received very warmly from his team mates which bodes well. Just don't think the boy wants it. Would do my utmost to secure Moult in January as he would g the perfect foil for the Columbian lad. Onwards and upwards.

Moult should have been signed in the last window as well as Walker instead the manager thought it best 2 spend big money on 2 journeyman Mexicans who never played outside of Mexico.

Dellboy 3 more transfer windows the majority of the support will have had enough of him in 3 more weeks.
I think we can only afford to give him till xmas as much as we all need him to succeed unfortunately he isn't going too all his shouting and squaring up is just a smokescreen to cover his inefficiencies as a manager
