Does anyone think that mw shall now change plans. System? Players, times of subs, set pieces, the reason I ask is every top manager can change the system during the game but mw just does the same every game.

Whether he changes plans or not I have my doubts but I just hope he changes his team selection and leaves Barton, Halliday, Kiernan, Hill, Kranjcar and Miller out of the team and concentrates on Youth with the team built round Rossiter, Windass etc. He also needs to find a leader because Wallace is not leadership material!

Pep guardiola, arsene wenger and mark warburton. top managers who believe in the philosophy that football should be played the right way. it might not always work but when it does its gallas.

By all means MW is a good manager, but he is far from a finished article, he seems to have a fetish for older gentleman who have had some success in EPL. Some work some dont.

We will come top six i am confident of that, a reckon Celtic will have the league tied up by November. This is good for us, it takes pressure of the boys and we can experiment and plan for next year.

On another note, will we see any investment? Celtic will lose all there decent players if they keep playing the way they do, Dembele will go for 8 million and Sinclair 6. They will spend 5 million on players, so ideally we need a similar figure.

I realise next year is far away but need to plan boys, I think their 4 year plan will come to light noo.

Pep Guardiola and Arsene Venger how can you put the three in the same sentence what has MW done in the game we were torn apart on Sat we have won two of our last nine games since winning the championship any other manager would be under severe pressure but he is still worshipped this is a shambles of a team few turned up on Sat Barton and Kranjcar in the same midfield I ask you it was pedestrian like never was we ever going to put pressure on Celtic if we didn't at least compete in midfield though I hate to admit it Brown was right it was men against boys MW is not the man to take Rangers forward in my eyes I've been saying this for months this rubbish of if plan A doesn't work well play plan A better is rubbish he needs to set his team up to combat teams not just put them out and hope for the best Sat shows that we should have been more compact and stayed in the game and frustrated Celtic not open up and try to go at them they are a different team from the semi final but saying all that we are where we are and no money to change it so its baton down the hatches and prepare for a long hard season.

I don't think the formation is the problem it's the players he's playing in it and his soft spot for kiernan. Would be nice if he changed during games now and again though at least. Ditch the short corners aswell.

I am a coach for my sons under 10s team and make changes to formation during most games depending on how its going. Looking at that game on Saturday we should have set up to defend and counter attack
5 4 1 formation. Sit in tight for first 60 min and see where we were at.
To go with the attacking formation we did was madness.

At one point we had a free kick about 20 yards outside the Celtic box and we passed sideways and it ended up back in our half
That ball should have been launched into the box. This makes me question wtf MW is coaching them. Set pieces were going to be our best chances.
